:24:16. > :24:17.a decisive step towards otion to the Premier League -
:24:18. > :24:20.which would bring the club The Seagulls were last
:24:21. > :24:23.in the top flight - when it was the old First Division -
:24:24. > :24:25.back in 1983. Tonight's match pits the team
:24:26. > :24:28.with the best home record in the Championship -
:24:29. > :24:30.Brighton - against the team with Our reporter John Young
:24:31. > :24:35.is at the stadium for us now - As it is for Newcastle. It is a huge
:24:36. > :24:47.important game. As it is for Newcastle. It is a huge
:24:48. > :24:51.game and such an exciting season. There are still 12 games to go
:24:52. > :24:56.before decisions are made in May. But you don't have to be an expert
:24:57. > :25:00.in football follower that closely to get excited about the arithmetic.
:25:01. > :25:05.This is the momentum match. That is just one point between them and
:25:06. > :25:10.three points at stake. If Newcastle when suddenly it all seems to slip
:25:11. > :25:14.away for the Seagulls and that of the Seagulls when suddenly they are
:25:15. > :25:16.stretching out ahead. We asked former Seagulls player and a bit of
:25:17. > :25:21.a legend what he made of it all. Mind you, they've said that
:25:22. > :25:25.on a couple of occasions before. But you look at the quality
:25:26. > :25:28.of the team, look how many points they are in front of the likes

:25:52. > :25:55.looks after all the journalists here and he says there is more interest
:25:56. > :26:01.on this mass tonight than any other match this season from across the
:26:02. > :26:04.all country. I will be back at half past ten but hopefully some goals,
:26:05. > :26:12.hopefully some goals from the Seagulls. It is pancake Day and that
:26:13. > :26:15.also means it is a rare opportunity for our MPs to show off their
:26:16. > :26:29.prowess with a pan. Tracy Crouch took the honours. It took six
:26:30. > :26:36.minutes and 31 seconds for the MP to beat the Lords and the media. This
:26:37. > :26:40.is the third year she has won it. Does that mean she gets to keep the
:26:41. > :26:46.pancake? If she wanted after all that tossing at Westminster. I don't
:26:47. > :26:49.think I would. It was sunny today, ritual but it was also very cold.
:26:50. > :27:04.-- Rachel. MacLeod was beckoning and that was ahead of rain. It says that

:27:18. > :27:23.even as we look towards the weekend. -- rain through the afternoon. We
:27:24. > :27:26.will still be seeing that rain but it does clear and behind it we will
:27:27. > :27:31.hold onto the wind is so tempted most part staying above freezing
:27:32. > :27:36.with lows overnight or three degrees of 4 degrees. Initially a sunny
:27:37. > :27:39.start Wednesday but as we had through the day we will see a rain
:27:40. > :27:45.heavy at times pushing up through the South. There will be a westerly
:27:46. > :27:50.breeze. A bright start but cloud cover thickens. From midday all of
:27:51. > :27:54.us will see that rain. Heavy at times and temperatures perhaps
:27:55. > :27:57.reaching highs of 7 degrees 8 degrees. With wind and rain feeling
:27:58. > :28:04.a lot cooler than that. As we had through from Wednesday into Thursday
:28:05. > :28:07.we will see much of that rain heading eastwards. There will be

:28:35. > :28:36.We love Red Nose Day. Yes. So, Comic Relief have asked
:28:37. > :28:40.if we can help with a bit a reboot of the show.
:28:41. > :28:42.OK, cool. So, we... Like Brown Nose Day.
:28:43. > :28:44.Well, no, hang on. Apparently, the big thing this year
:28:45. > :28:47.is that it will actually be funny. So, the thinking was that, as head
:28:48. > :28:52.of brand, you could perhaps... Sure. ..you know, take it on
:28:53. > :28:54.and come up with some ideas. This is going to be so fun.
