:00:50. > :00:55.at 5:30pm. We understand that there was a child bitten by a dog. You now
:00:56. > :01:01.know, having spoken to local residents, this was a local girl
:01:02. > :01:04.just two years old. She received life-threatening injuries and was
:01:05. > :01:10.first to a London hospital where shoot remains in a critical
:01:11. > :01:12.condition. The dog was shot round the front of the block of flats by
:01:13. > :01:26.police officers. I think there were carers trying
:01:27. > :01:28.keep alive, towels and everything. But you couldn't see her face,
:01:29. > :01:41.she was covered in blood everywhere. I saw police officers, too often,
:01:42. > :01:42.they shot the dog twice. It's a shocking incident.
:01:43. > :01:45.Leanne, I understand people in the area have had concerns
:01:46. > :01:48.about this particular animal in the past.
:01:49. > :01:58.Yes, just a a few moments ago, spoke to a woman who believes in his black
:01:59. > :02:02.flags she said that just yesterday her child was approached by the same
:02:03. > :02:09.dog. She now feels that he had a lucky escape. He was going to get
:02:10. > :02:13.the ball, rolling it to the dog and the dog wasn't interested in the
:02:14. > :02:19.ball, it went straight for him. It's not him to the floor but luckily
:02:20. > :02:26.somebody got him often. It just scratched him but he just kind of
:02:27. > :02:31.dance up at me and I turned his leg so he didn't bite. -- he just kind
:02:32. > :02:34.of jumped up at me. Two people had been arrested in connection to the
:02:35. > :02:43.incident. They are in police custody. Police are keen to hear
:02:44. > :02:44.from anybody that had the event. Their investigations continue to.
:02:45. > :02:46.Oliver Whiting from Eastbourne posted images of two women
:02:47. > :02:49.on a so called "revenge porn" website, along with vile,
:02:50. > :02:50.aggressive sexual fantasies - inflicting extreme humiliation
:02:51. > :02:56.Whiting has been put on the sex offenders register
:02:57. > :03:00.But one of his victims told us she believed Sussex Police
:03:01. > :03:03.should have done more to protect her and other women.

:04:04. > :04:06.and we were all saying earlier that there's photos of one of the girl's
:04:07. > :04:10.weddings that he's in and it's just marred all of our memories
:04:11. > :04:13.of certain times of our lives because we look at photos and we see
:04:14. > :04:16.that they're photos that have then been put on the website.

:07:10. > :07:13.I think anything that takes pay away from locums at the moment,
:07:14. > :07:22.We need to support all of them at the moment because otherwise
:07:23. > :07:25.services are going to be unsafe for patients and we can't have that.
:07:26. > :07:27.Staff at the QEQM Hospital in Margate had suggested possible
:07:28. > :07:29.ways to cope with the locum shortage, including
:07:30. > :07:31.cancelling operation and even partial closure of A
:07:32. > :07:34.But the trust management says that won't be necessary.
:07:35. > :07:39.And the MP says locums will come round.
:07:40. > :07:41.There is no other provider out there that will be
:07:42. > :07:43.buying their services, so I think we've got
:07:44. > :07:47.It simply isn't going to happen and I'll be fighting
:07:48. > :07:50.against anything that is going to upset services at QEQM.
:07:51. > :07:53.So far, the trust is looking at rearranging rotas with its other
:07:54. > :07:57.It is also considering upping its local and pay
:07:58. > :08:06.But in a statement it said, we have not considered and are not
:08:07. > :08:08.introducing any partial closures, temporary or otherwise,
:08:09. > :08:10.to the A department of the Queen Elizabeth
:08:11. > :08:12.the Queen Mother Hospital or the closure of Buckland
:08:13. > :08:19.All will be watching carefully as the new system beds in.
