:04:05. > :04:10.default in commuter numbers. We have also seen customer service is cut
:04:11. > :04:12.for weeks on end to places like Eastbourne Lewis, with one MP
:04:13. > :04:17.calling for the Army to be drafted in to help commuters get from A to
:04:18. > :04:22.B. Where are we now? Talks from the RMT union and southern had been
:04:23. > :04:25.adjourned, they will begin again next week, the RMT has always
:04:26. > :04:29.maintained that driver only operated trains are unsafe. Whatever the
:04:30. > :04:30.reason is, people here can't understand how it has gone on so
:04:31. > :04:32.long. The issue of so-called
:04:33. > :04:35."sex-for-rent", uncovered in an investigation by this
:04:36. > :04:37.programme, has been The MP for Hove, Peter Kyle, asked
:04:38. > :04:41.the Justice Secretary for support in tackling adverts that offer free
:04:42. > :04:43.accommodation in exchange for sex. Charities say the practise

:05:47. > :05:50.affecting some of the wards, but votes will be counted
:05:51. > :05:53.in the usual districts such We have already spoken to Ukip
:05:54. > :06:02.about their local election plans. The Conservatives currently run
:06:03. > :06:04.all of our county councils. Across Kent, East and West Sussex
:06:05. > :06:07.and Surrey, they have 169 They all talk of needing to carry
:06:08. > :06:15.on the work they've already been doing to provide services
:06:16. > :06:17.and to invest in people We look after the most vulnerable,
:06:18. > :06:25.we deliver the services in the most cost-effective way and in
:06:26. > :06:27.partnership, and at the end of the day, we're not precious about how
:06:28. > :06:31.we get those services delivered. If that is in partnership with other
:06:32. > :06:36.councils and other organisations, Labour currently has 26 council
:06:37. > :06:42.seats across the four counties, and say they are needed to hold
:06:43. > :06:45.the Conservatives to account, scrutinise decisions
:06:46. > :06:50.and fight against inequality. We have a crisis in
:06:51. > :06:52.the national health. We have a crisis in adult social
:06:53. > :06:55.care, we have a crisis in our With Labour, what they would do
:06:56. > :07:05.is look at that budget, revalue that budget and make sure
:07:06. > :07:08.that we protect all of those front The Liberal Democrats hold seats
:07:09. > :07:17.on all of our councils, too, and are the official opposition
