:03:10. > :03:12.in Hove in 2013 and the kidnapping of a drug dealer by a gang
:03:13. > :03:16.in Brighton have made national headlines and made many Alb`nians
:03:17. > :03:23.Local people here today said it is important to bring an end
:03:24. > :03:30.When they see local authorities they see it as a kind of threat
:03:31. > :03:34.but at the end of the day they do their bit and we do our bit.
:03:35. > :03:37.Working together we managed to achieve something like this.
:03:38. > :03:40.It is important because somd people like us are scared of the police
:03:41. > :03:45.but I think we should communicate with all communities,
:03:46. > :03:47.not just police, because thdn we can help each other.
