:00:48. > :00:50.which traded as a Dickens World owed a total of almost

:00:51. > :00:57.Medway Council were owed more than ?72,000.

:00:58. > :01:00.That ?72,000 can make a real difference to the community

:01:01. > :01:05.The changes to finance for local Government mean that business rates

:01:06. > :01:08.are more important than ever, so I would urge officers to do

:01:09. > :01:12.all they can to ensure they get back what amount they can.
