:00:19. > :00:27.difficulty, as documents filed at Companies House in May rdvealed.

:00:28. > :00:31.Dickens world opened to a blaze of publicity nine years ago,

:00:32. > :00:35.Ten days ago it appeared to have closed, although there had been no

:00:36. > :00:41.The attraction has been hitting the headlines again today

:00:42. > :00:44.as documents show back in M`y, Britannia Entertainment Limhted

:00:45. > :00:46.which traded as a Dickens World owed a total of almost

:00:47. > :00:54.Medway Council were owed more than ?72,000.

:00:55. > :00:57.That ?72,000 can make a real difference to the community

:00:58. > :01:02.The changes to finance for local Government mean that business rates

:01:03. > :01:07.are more important than ever, so I would urge officers to do

:01:08. > :01:14.all they can to ensure they get back what amount they can.

:01:15. > :01:17.Sadly, I suspect it will not be the full amount.

:01:18. > :01:20.Today notices on the doors `ppear to show the property's landlord had

:01:21. > :01:23.taken back posession and forfeited the lease.

:01:24. > :01:29.Although I have never been to the attraction,

:01:30. > :01:32.it has obviously not been publicised enough and peopld

:01:33. > :01:36.It is quite important for the area, something like this,

:01:37. > :01:40.but obviously not enough people have been coming.

:01:41. > :01:44.I think it was good value for money but I do not think they bro`dcast it

:01:45. > :01:46.enough and told people about it enough.

:01:47. > :01:48.The attraction slashed tickdt prices and 2007, with bosses blaming

:01:49. > :01:52.Later that year the company running it went into administration

:01:53. > :01:56.We have been unable to make contact with anyone

:01:57. > :02:05.Kent County Council has been approached by the Home Office

:02:06. > :02:08.for senior social workers to provide help with age assessments as child

:02:09. > :02:10.migrants from the Jungle calp in Calais arrive in the UK.

:02:11. > :02:15.The camp, home to over 6,000 people, is due to be demolished tomorrow.

:02:16. > :02:17.Dozens of young migrants have arrived in the UK in recent days

:02:18. > :02:21.and concern has been raised by some MPs about their ages.

:03:46. > :03:49.That persists into the new working week and that brings cloud `s well.

:03:50. > :03:53.It will generally be dry for most of the week, which is good news

:03:54. > :03:58.And a change in wind directhon means from the middle of the week it

:03:59. > :04:02.Through tonight and into tolorrow we have cloud and some rain

:04:03. > :04:05.pushing in from the south, that really amounts to almost

:04:06. > :04:12.nothing, largely, but it keeps temperatures up,

:04:13. > :04:14.8-10C to start tomorrow, but a fairly gloomy start and cloudy

:04:15. > :04:22.As the day wears on the clotd thins a bit and we may see some

:04:23. > :04:24.brightness coming through, but with the north-easterly wind

:04:25. > :04:29.As I say, something milder for the middle of the week

:04:30. > :04:31.because an area of high pressure builds from the south-west `nd that

:04:32. > :04:34.changes the wind direction to a south-westerly

:04:35. > :04:43.Wednesday is perhaps up to 15 Celsius.

:05:17. > :05:20.changing quite dramatically. All of this cloud coming in from the south

:05:21. > :05:22.and this rain band moving across the channel into southern parts of

:05:23. > :05:26.England right now. The rain is easing off in the south-east of

:05:27. > :05:29.England. The main focus will be for the south-west of England where

:05:30. > :05:33.there could be heavy bursts of rain in Devon and Cornwall. With the

:05:34. > :05:38.shield of cloud pushing into Wales, the Midlands and the southern half

:05:39. > :05:41.of the UK, but it isn't as cold night. Different story further

:05:42. > :05:48.north, breaks in the cloud allowing for a touch of frost and pockets of

:05:49. > :05:53.mist and fog. Northern areas will see spells of sunshine in the

:05:54. > :05:56.morning. Some showers, but not as many as recently. The Midlands and

:05:57. > :05:57.the south, more cloud,
