:01:15. > :01:18.if you are a HGV, you can p`rk somewhere from half an hour but
:01:19. > :01:21.longer than that, you have to be in an authorised place,
:01:22. > :01:32.One of the big issues we're being told is of the poor qtality
:01:33. > :01:40.of facilities available and the lack oif facilities available.
:01:41. > :01:44.We desperately need to find new good quality facilities for drivers
:01:45. > :01:48.and I'm pretty sure that a lot of drivers will want to use them.
:01:49. > :01:53.A huge lorry storage area is to be built near the cross-channel port
:01:54. > :01:56.port to avoid scenes like this happening again.
