:01:01. > :01:02.Do you actually have enough brownfield sites?

:01:03. > :01:05.I mean, I think virtually every brownfield site,

:01:06. > :01:07.if not every brownfield site is already within

:01:08. > :01:11.So whatever happens on this local plan, someone's going to be upset?

:02:03. > :02:05.It comes after a series of incidents in which vehicles have become stuck

:02:06. > :02:09.in narrow lanes in villages such as Mereworth in Kent.

:02:13. > :02:18.The Local Government Association wants all lorry drivers to use sat

:02:19. > :02:22.navs specifically designed for their vehicle.

:02:23. > :02:24.Too many lorries are still using cheap sat navs

:02:25. > :02:27.coming from small stores which are designed,

:02:28. > :02:31.What they should be doing is using more expensive

:02:32. > :02:37.that actually give them an idea of where they can safely drive.

:02:38. > :02:41.A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries

:04:00. > :04:03.The weather is changing over the next few days to something

:04:04. > :04:05.milder and there will be a little bit of rain around

:04:06. > :04:08.because it's all coming in from the Atlantic and I can show

:04:09. > :04:12.This is the first tangle of weather fronts that's

:04:13. > :04:15.Through the day tomorrow, you can see lots of low

:04:16. > :04:17.pressure systems stacking up in the Atlantic

:04:18. > :04:19.and that's basically what we're going to see coming

:04:20. > :04:22.In fact, there are a few showers around

:04:23. > :04:25.this evening and they will continue overnight as well.

:04:26. > :04:27.Bear in mind the ground under our feet is pretty

:04:28. > :04:30.frozen solid after a cold couple of weeks and so as temperatures fall

:04:31. > :04:34.to one or two Celsius tonight, this showery activity

:04:35. > :04:38.One or two icy patches not out of the question rurally

:04:39. > :04:40.The showers continue into tomorrow morning.

:04:41. > :04:43.There'll be bits and pieces of rain around and

:04:44. > :04:45.generally quite a lot of cloud around as well.

:04:46. > :04:47.And some more significant rain coming through later on in the

:04:48. > :04:49.day, the first significant rain really we've had

:04:50. > :04:53.Temperatures will be around seven or eight Celsius.

:04:54. > :04:57.We've got mild conditions, often double figures,

:04:58. > :05:07.That's it from us now. We would like the same time tomorrow evening. See

:05:08. > :05:17.you then. Goodbye. Hello. If you don't like the cold

:05:18. > :05:21.weather, it certainly felt a lot better for you today, at least

:05:22. > :05:24.across the southern half of the UK. Still pretty chilly in northern

:05:25. > :05:29.areas, even some sleet. When we see this transition from one type of

:05:30. > :05:33.weather to another, we get a lot of variable weather. That's what we've

:05:34. > :05:36.had today that is what is on the way tomorrow. Sunshine and showers

:05:37. > :05:45.today, and tomorrow will be quite a mix as well. Lots of clouds in the

:05:46. > :05:48.Atlantic ready to come our way. The short term, just bits and spots of

:05:49. > :05:52.rain in the western areas, some rain in the North least. Cold enough for

:05:53. > :05:53.some ice to form in Northern Ireland, northern England and parts

:05:54. > :05:55.of
