0:00:29 > 0:00:32A passenger in a car travelling on the wrong side of the carriageway

0:00:39 > 0:00:41on the London-bound section between junction four for Snodland

0:00:41 > 0:00:42and junction three for the M26.

0:00:42 > 0:00:45The victim was in a Toyota Corolla which collided with a Volkswagen.

0:00:45 > 0:00:50The 37-year-old driver of the Corolla has been arrested.

0:00:50 > 0:00:51The Toyota was travelling coast-bound,

0:00:52 > 0:00:53but on the London-bound carriageway.

0:00:53 > 0:00:55Which, of course, is obviously unusual

0:00:55 > 0:00:58and that's what we need to look into at this time.

0:00:58 > 0:01:03Sadly, the passenger in the Toyota was pronounced dead at the scene,

0:01:03 > 0:01:05and sadly died of his injuries.

0:02:52 > 0:02:54Alzheimer's, that kind of thing, elderly people.

0:04:13 > 0:04:15the small chance of one or two showers early on.

0:04:15 > 0:04:17But, for the most part, we should stay dry.

0:04:18 > 0:04:19The breeze will slowly pick up

0:04:19 > 0:04:21and it will feel cooler than it did last night.

0:04:21 > 0:04:23Lows of 4 or 5 degrees.

0:04:23 > 0:04:25Now, tomorrow morning, it's going to turn very wet and windy.
