:01:13. > :01:15.to court more than four months later the police still hadn't given

:01:16. > :01:21.A magistrate wouldn't give them any more time

:01:22. > :01:26.I am disgusted, I feel like I've been failed.

:01:27. > :01:30.It turns out the officer in the case had been on a course and didn't

:01:31. > :01:33.respond to requests for the video until it was too late.

:01:34. > :01:35.Kent Police says it is talking to the CPS and the courts
