:00:49. > :00:51.resort anybody would want to do becuase when you put a team

:00:55. > :00:58.What's fasincating today from a legal perspective is that
:00:59. > :01:00.while the team itself has been put into administration,
:01:01. > :01:05.the company that owns the entry, we found out, is a separate entry.
:01:06. > :01:08.It's not the first time this has happened.
:01:09. > :01:12.Back in 2015 when the team were known as Marussia,
:01:13. > :01:14.administrators were brought in because of debts
:01:15. > :01:19.But a new investor was found at the last minute -
:01:20. > :01:22.that being the current owner Stephen Fitzpatrick -
:01:23. > :01:27.and the team rebranded under their original name, Manor.
:01:28. > :01:31.The team have been in talks with new investors but so far, no
:01:32. > :01:36.It's a big blow for all those involved, with high hopes
:01:37. > :01:39.for the year ahead, after finishing bottom of the championship
:01:40. > :01:43.In a statement by the administrators, it said no
:01:44. > :01:48.redundancies have been made so far and all staff were paid in full up
:01:49. > :01:53.But of course the ongoing staff situation depends
:01:54. > :01:56.on if a new investor can be found in the limited time available.
:01:57. > :02:00.The new F1 season starts in March, but we'll just have to wait and see
:02:01. > :02:12.A newspaper claim that a major crime unit was investigating the death

:03:27. > :03:29.because of the emphasis on academic subjects.
:03:30. > :03:34.The concern is that, in that crucial 14-16 age range,
:03:35. > :03:37.if they lose the desire for education, it can
:03:38. > :03:40.affect their adult life, their working potential,
:03:41. > :03:44.their earning potential, and because we want them to stay
:03:45. > :03:47.in learning until they're 18 now, they won't be able to do
