:00:32. > :00:36.They're flying out to China where they'll be reunited

:00:37. > :00:42.He can't stay away from his mum any longer, it's not fair on her.

:00:43. > :00:46.So, I've got no choice now but to take

:00:47. > :00:50.What do you think will happen to Ryan when he's in China?

:00:51. > :00:56.He can't speak Chinese, so he can't go to preschool or anything, so he's

:00:57. > :00:59.going to miss his preschool that he's been getting here.

:01:00. > :01:03.So, I think it will affect his education, his development.

:01:04. > :01:06.Steve's wife, Mary Zu, has been living near Hong Kong

:01:07. > :01:12.for 12 months after her spouse visa was rejected by the Home Office.

:01:13. > :01:15.But last year, she won her case to overturn that

:01:16. > :01:20.The Government, though, still hasn't authorised the visa.

:01:21. > :01:25.We did exactly what they wanted. We sent everything they wanted.

:01:26. > :01:28.Her husband, Steve, now has an appeal hearing scheduled in March -

:01:29. > :01:33.which they tried to expedite before Christmas, but were refused.

:01:34. > :01:53.In a statement, the HM Courts and Tribunal Service told us:

:01:54. > :01:57.20 miles away in Southmoor - Julie Bolitho is going through a similar

:01:58. > :02:02.She married her husband, Vikram, three months ago.

:02:03. > :02:06.But he was refused a visa to come back to the UK from India.

:02:07. > :02:09.We've been together for a few years now anyway.

:02:10. > :02:13.We've lived in this home, Vikram lived in the UK for 8 years.

:02:14. > :02:16.Julie has now decided to leave the UK and move to Sweden

:02:17. > :02:20.Current reports seem to indicate that EU

:02:21. > :02:24.citizens who are resident, so if you are a British citizen

:02:25. > :02:27.and resident in another EU country, before Article 50 is triggered, it's

:02:28. > :02:30.highly likely that you'll be able to stay.

:02:31. > :02:39.But when we contacted the Home Office, it sent us this:

:02:40. > :02:43.Even though Julie is going through the appeal process, she says

:02:44. > :02:46.she isn't prepared to wait months for a decision.

:02:47. > :02:49.And over in Wallingford - it may be months before

:08:18. > :08:20.share in the frost. Pretty widespread, the frost overnight,

:08:21. > :08:24.cold across northern England, Southern Scotland and Northern

:08:25. > :08:30.Ireland than it has been this week. These are town and city temperatures

:08:31. > :08:31.but in the countryside a harsh frost and sharp in some areas and
