:02:10. > :02:12.environment for anybody, you should not have to put up

:02:13. > :02:15.with anyone talking Currently, abuse is covered under

:02:16. > :02:23.the wider Communications Act 2003 and the Protection

:02:24. > :02:27.from Harassment Act 1997. Both carry a maximum

:03:55. > :03:57.by a gang of men on a train from Reading say they're now afraid

:03:58. > :04:00.to travel by rail. It happened on Valentine's Day, with

:04:01. > :04:02.horrified passengers calling police. Images have now been released

:04:03. > :04:11.of the men police want to speak to. You had bruising around

:04:12. > :04:27.your eyes and your head. This couple had fallen asleep

:04:28. > :04:32.on a train home on Valentine's Day. They were set upon

:04:33. > :04:36.by a group of men. One guy woke me up and

:04:37. > :04:40.said something nasty. I think they didn't

:04:41. > :04:49.like me lying on him. I think that is what

:04:50. > :04:55.caused the issue. Police have released these images

:04:56. > :05:00.of four men they want to speak to. Police say this was

:05:01. > :05:06.a prolonged and nasty attack. The victims believe

:05:07. > :05:11.it was motivated by homophobia. The police say hate crime

:05:12. > :05:32.will not be tolerated. I am just a bit scared to go on the

:05:33. > :05:37.evening train. You know, I look at where I am sitting, who is coming

:05:52. > :05:53.The plans have been revealed amidst discussions about radical changes

:05:54. > :05:57.Our political reporter Bethan Phillips sent this report.

:05:58. > :06:00.Today was a chance for councillors and campaigners to put

:06:01. > :06:03.their concerns to health bosses about plans to save ?200 million

:06:04. > :06:08.One of the main worries to come up was parking.

:06:09. > :06:12.The plans include centralising some services in Oxford,

:06:13. > :06:15.including making a so-called downgrade of the maternity unit

:06:16. > :06:20.at Banbury's Horton hospital permanent, meaning women with higher

:06:21. > :06:22.risk pregnancies will have to come to the John Radcliffe.

:06:23. > :06:25.And that's with huge pressure on parking there already,

:06:26. > :06:29.with some patients missing appointments because they simply

:06:30. > :06:36.Today, the chief executive of Oxford University Hospitals,

:06:37. > :06:39.Dr Bruno Holthof addressed those concerns, saying they want to treat

:06:40. > :06:41.more patients at home, and offer more outpatient

:06:42. > :06:48.He said the trust was also set to put

:06:49. > :06:51.planning applications in for five multi-storey car parks in Oxford -

:06:52. > :06:54.two at the John Radcliffe, two at the Churchill and one

:06:55. > :06:58.That will be a relief for many patients who have struggled

:06:59. > :07:04.But it's unlikely to set the minds of campaigners at ease,

:07:05. > :07:06.who have much wider concerns about the plans,

:07:07. > :07:09.saying overall it will mean cuts and closures.

:07:10. > :07:12.One Labour councillor said today there simply wasn't a safe way

:07:13. > :07:16.to make ?200 million worth of savings from the health

:07:17. > :07:36.And that was a sentiment echoed by protesters.

:07:37. > :07:38.In Oxfordshire it's based on taking out ?200 million

:07:39. > :07:43.We all know that things are very pressured right now.

:07:44. > :07:45.People are on trolleys, we don't have enough hospital beds,

:07:46. > :07:49.What happens when 20% of that is taken out?

:07:50. > :07:52.The clinical commissioning group, which is the organisation behind

:07:53. > :07:55.this plan, insist it will mean better, joined-up services.

:07:56. > :07:56.Today, councillors decided they needed another meeting

:07:57. > :07:59.to question health bosses about the plan.

:08:00. > :08:02.If their concerns aren't addressed the plan could be referred

:08:10. > :08:11.thousands of disabled children, has expanded.

:08:12. > :08:13.Thomley, in Worminghall, also supports parents and carers.

:08:14. > :08:16.A new pavilion will mean more performances to

:08:17. > :08:22.Watching them being drawn is a real treat.

:08:23. > :08:27.There is always something that you can find a way

:08:28. > :08:35.You draw a dinosaur, whatever it might be, there is a way.

:08:36. > :08:38.Thomley was set up 15 years ago by a group of parents whose

:08:39. > :08:47.Children and teenagers from all over the country now come here.

:08:48. > :08:49.You get some children that have noticeable issues,

:08:50. > :08:53.some that have clearly got a huge range of disabilities.

:08:54. > :08:57.For example, they might be in a wheelchair full-time.

:08:58. > :09:00.It is actually really beneficial for all the children that come

:09:01. > :09:04.here to learn about different types of abilities.

:09:05. > :09:07.Thomley is firmly established at a nine-acre site in Worminghall.

:09:08. > :09:13.Visitors can get a bite to eat and enjoy all

:09:14. > :09:19.What we planned to use it for is putting on film shows,

:09:20. > :09:21.little theatre events, training events, all sorts

:09:22. > :09:26.Keeping Thomley going is a challenge.

:09:27. > :09:30.There's no government funding, and it costs more

:09:31. > :09:34.The good news is, visitor numbers have shot up 80%

:09:35. > :09:44.The weather forecast is next with Sarah Farmer.

:09:45. > :09:58.Hello, good evening. With outbreaks of rain through the course of the

:09:59. > :10:01.night, drizzle at first, but we will see some heavier pulses arriving

:10:02. > :10:05.through the overnight period. There will be some breaks in that wet

:10:06. > :10:10.weather, but it will tend to come and go. Temperatures down to six or

:10:11. > :10:17.seven, but starting to climb as we had towards dawn. By Wednesday

:10:18. > :10:20.morning, it looks like we will be at nine or 10 degrees. Further

:10:21. > :10:24.outbreaks of rain through the day, gradually easing as we enter the

:10:25. > :10:30.afternoon, and there may be some brightness, but it will be limited

:10:31. > :10:34.with temperatures up to 11 Celsius. Looking ahead, a quieter day in

:10:35. > :10:38.store for Thursday. We will see some brightness, but a fair amount of

:10:39. > :10:44.cloud at times through the course of the day. Generally, a dryer day on

:10:45. > :10:52.Thursday and we stick with that cloud in that tell end of the week.

:10:53. > :10:58.Through Wednesday, outbreaks of rain, and there will be one or two

:10:59. > :11:02.dryer into. If brightness at times. Cloudy skies on Thursday, but we may

:11:03. > :11:03.see some sunshine here and there, and cloudy for Friday.

:11:04. > :11:10.rain on Saturday. The national picture now from Nick Miller.

:11:11. > :11:15.It looks like next week high pressure will become a player again

:11:16. > :11:19.in our weather, settling things down for some of us for a time but until

:11:20. > :11:23.then it is low-pressure, rain moving across the UK overnight but not wet

:11:24. > :11:27.all the time. Many of us at a fine day today, this was at you from West

:11:28. > :11:30.Yorkshire and Yorkshire and northern England and Northern Ireland will

:11:31. > :11:34.farewell tomorrow, after this frontal system has pushed on through

:11:35. > :11:36.the UK with rain.
