:02:49. > :02:52.in Milton Keynes, where she ran a Chinese takeaway

:02:53. > :02:56.business with her husband. At around six o'clock on 31st

:02:57. > :03:01.January, she was home alone When she went to answer it,

:03:02. > :03:06.the man and five others forced their way into her home,

:03:07. > :03:10.before stealing cash Mrs Leung was pinned down

:03:11. > :03:15.while they ransacked the house. Police released this image to show

:03:16. > :03:20.the extent of the damage. The next day, still traumatised,

:03:21. > :03:23.Mrs Leung was taken She died from her injuries 11

:03:24. > :03:29.days after the ordeal. For me, when I think of burglary,

:03:30. > :03:33.I think of someone stealing material possessions,

:03:34. > :03:38.money, objects, things But for my family, this burglary has

:03:39. > :03:48.meant we had a life taken from us. Police are trying to track down

:04:19. > :04:22.travelling between Milton Keynes and Aylesbury on the evening

:04:23. > :04:30.of Tuesday 31st January. Also on Crimewatch,

:04:31. > :04:33.there was new evidence in a murder She was a sex worker

:04:34. > :04:41.in the Manchester Road area. Tonight's episode featured

:04:42. > :04:44.a new line of inquiry - a postcard allegedly sent

:04:45. > :04:48.by Sally Ann shortly Many parents whose children suffer

:04:49. > :05:15.mental health problems aren't asking for help,

:05:16. > :05:16.because they feel blamed That's according to psychologists

:05:17. > :05:19.at Reading University. They say more needs to be done

:05:20. > :05:22.to remove the stigma felt by parents so more children get

:05:23. > :05:24.the help they need. When I tried to get to sleep,

:05:25. > :05:29.I always thought someone Luke's years of extreme anxiety

:05:30. > :05:33.exhausted and upset his family just When I was worried, I just

:05:34. > :05:37.thought of bad stuff, I couldn't think of good stuff.

:05:38. > :05:40.I was fine at school. But just when I had to go to sleep,

:05:41. > :05:44.I just felt like something was going to happen,

:05:45. > :05:45.I couldn't get to sleep. Many parents in this situation feel

:05:46. > :05:48.a sense of hopelessness and guilt but researchers

:05:49. > :05:50.at Reading University have found it is the fear of being blamed

:05:51. > :05:53.which stops many seeking help. There is quite a lot

:05:54. > :05:55.of work surrounding stigma associated with mental health,

:05:56. > :05:58.but what this work does is really highlight the stigma

:05:59. > :05:59.specifically for parents. I blamed myself because I had

:06:00. > :06:02.a child that obviously My job as a parent is to make sure

:06:03. > :06:07.that my child is happy And for some parents,

:06:08. > :06:13.that can put them off seeking help and make it harder for them to seek

:06:14. > :06:16.help and perhaps wait I was so lucky, I had

:06:17. > :06:22.the family's support, I had my family telling me,

:06:23. > :06:24.you are not a bad parent, you are great, but if you haven't

:06:25. > :06:28.got someone there to tell you that, Then you will be in a better place,

:06:29. > :06:35.and in a better place With help from children

:06:36. > :06:40.and adolescent mental health services, Luke has now overcome

:06:41. > :06:43.a lot of his anxiety. But frustratingly, the waiting list

:06:44. > :06:47.is an extremely long one, two Every major town in Oxfordshire

:06:48. > :06:55.will be connected by cycle paths if plans costing

:06:56. > :06:59.?120 million win support. The Oxfordshire Cycling Network has

:07:00. > :07:03.launched its vision for 366 The group says the interconnecting

:07:04. > :07:08.paths would rival routes in places Campaigners want the speed limit

:07:09. > :07:14.on Oxford's Botley Road to be cut They say there have been around 130

:07:15. > :07:18.accidents in the area The centre of Oxford's been

:07:19. > :07:27.a 20mph zone since 2009. But start to head out of the city

:07:28. > :07:31.and you get to Botley Road, a long, straight road that campaigners say

:07:32. > :07:33.many motorists are They say something needs to be done

:07:34. > :07:39.about road safety here. There's a lot of accidents

:07:40. > :07:43.along here, near misses, and everybody reports those

:07:44. > :07:46.on a daily basis. Since an accident involving

:07:47. > :08:22.a nine-year-old boy on the road last month, calls are growing

:08:23. > :08:25.for the speed limit to be reduced. It's a campaign being supported

:08:26. > :08:27.by the nearby Tumbling Bay cafe. I myself have been a witness

:08:28. > :08:30.to many, many near misses on various Hundreds have now signed

:08:31. > :08:32.a petition calling for But there is scepticism from some

:08:33. > :08:36.motoring groups about whether or not 20mph limits can work in some places

:08:37. > :08:40.in some circumstances, but if the problem is that people

:08:41. > :08:42.are already breaking a 30mph speed limit,

:08:43. > :08:45.there's no reason to start to think If the problem is they drive

:08:46. > :08:49.through red traffic lights and disobey pedestrian crossings

:08:50. > :08:50.and things, changing the speed limit is unlikely

:08:51. > :08:52.to affect that behaviour. Oxfordshire County Council says it's

:08:53. > :08:55.received the petition and is looking The spring equinox today didn't

:08:56. > :09:15.feel very springlike. We had leaden skies

:09:16. > :09:17.and quite a lot of rain. As we look to the weather for

:09:18. > :09:20.the week ahead, a real mixed bag. We will start to draw in polar air,

:09:21. > :09:24.so it will feel chilly at times. Spells of rain over

:09:25. > :09:26.the next couple of days. But the winds that we have

:09:27. > :09:28.had starting to ease For tonight, a chilly night

:09:29. > :09:31.under clearing skies. Temperatures dropping

:09:32. > :09:33.to around 2C for many places. A cold night and a cold start

:09:34. > :09:36.to tomorrow morning. But given the clear skies,

:09:37. > :09:38.we are going to see some It won't be long before we see

:09:39. > :09:43.showers moving in and those showers could cause hail and might be

:09:44. > :09:46.accompanied by a rumble of thunder. Tomorrow's high, 9C,

:09:47. > :09:48.but feeling colder in the winds. Through tomorrow evening,

:09:49. > :09:52.we are going to see some more showers ahead of a more organised

:09:53. > :09:55.band of rain that will make its way across the region

:09:56. > :09:58.through the early hours. Under the cloudy skies, temperatures

:09:59. > :10:06.around between 4C and 6C. So for Wednesday morning,

:10:07. > :10:08.the remnants of that By the afternoon, skies

:10:09. > :10:13.are starting to brighten Still a few showers knocking around

:10:14. > :10:19.but temperatures up at 7C or 8C. Feeling a little bit more

:10:20. > :10:23.temperate as the winds ease. Then heading to Thursday,

:10:24. > :10:26.the low pressure out over Northern France is set to bring

:10:27. > :10:29.a few more rainy outbreaks And that is how things stay

:10:30. > :10:38.as we head into Friday. Cloudy skies for a time,

:10:39. > :10:41.some breaks in the cloud, the chance of a shower and at times,

:10:42. > :10:46.temperatures up to 9C. Looking at the weekend,

:10:47. > :10:49.things improve. We will see some chilly nights,

:10:50. > :10:52.plenty of sunshine by day and temperatures nudging up

:10:53. > :10:56.into double figures again. So for Mother's Day plans,

:10:57. > :11:05.things are looking good. outlook for Saturday and Sunday is

:11:06. > :11:13.for something dry and settled, sunny spells but a bit on the cool side.

:11:14. > :11:20.This week we are starting off with a taste of winter. This is Paul and

:11:21. > :11:25.maritime air, it has come from a long way north and will push in lots

:11:26. > :11:29.of showers. The last of any mild air gets swept away with the cloud.

:11:30. > :11:36.Tonight we have showers mostly across the northern half of the UK,

:11:37. > :11:37.which will turn wintry and
