:02:29. > :02:37.A statement said Colin would often visit the hotel.
:02:38. > :02:45.Thousands of people come to Oxford every year

:05:38. > :05:42.Lizzie Dyer hopes that's about to change.
:05:43. > :05:46.I was shocked that it's so widely eaten on the continent but not here,
:05:47. > :05:50.and then when I started to look into it I realised that these
:05:51. > :05:53.billies were being born on the dairies and were being
:05:54. > :05:57.dispatched at birth and I thought hang on, we can find a nice little
:05:58. > :06:00.blueprint here to rear a by-product sustainably and produce
:06:01. > :06:04.a good-quality meat at the end of it.
:06:05. > :06:07.Lizzie started with 20 kids four years ago
:06:08. > :06:13.It's already the largest free-range kid farm in the country.
:06:14. > :06:16.As well as producing the meat, the skin is sent to an organic
:06:17. > :06:20.tannery and made into rugs and cushion covers.
:06:21. > :06:24.These little guys are just ten days old.
:06:25. > :06:26.They'll live here on the farm outside in the fields for nine
:06:27. > :06:31.months until they're sold for meat, and it's particularly healthy meat -
:06:32. > :06:37.lower in cholesterol than chicken and higher in iron than beef.
:06:38. > :06:43.Lizzie's selling direct to a growing number of customers and businesses
:06:44. > :06:48.including here at The Wild Duck near Cirencester.
