:00:24. > :00:27.A village today deeply saddened that five people from the same family

:00:28. > :00:30.are all believed to have lost their lives from such

:00:31. > :00:40.Ruth and Kevin Burke had lived in the area for some time but had

:00:41. > :00:43.just moved to the dream home they had built.

:00:44. > :00:46.Their neighbour served on the parish council with Kevin Burke.

:00:47. > :00:52.Desperately sad to hear about this very tragic accident particularly

:00:53. > :00:57.of course for the children, very, very sad.

:00:58. > :01:00.And a terrible shock to the people who live

:01:01. > :01:06.Kevin Burke had a local building firm and his company were involved

:01:07. > :01:10.in projects like the expansion of the MK Stadium.

:01:11. > :01:13.The family set off from Milton Keynes flying to Ireland

:01:14. > :01:21.It could be quite a tough technical investigation depending on how bad

:01:22. > :01:29.There is unlikely to be a recorder on this aircraft,

:01:30. > :01:33.so you then depend on other forms of evidence.

:01:34. > :01:35.That will be a painstaking examination of the forensics

:01:36. > :01:39.at the scene and that may take quite some time.

:01:40. > :01:42.A legal challenge has been launched over plans to downgrade key services

:01:43. > :01:47.Campaigners and the district council claim the consultation

:01:48. > :01:50.by Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group

:01:51. > :01:53.is confusing and flawed and want a High Court judge to review it.

:01:54. > :02:01.Campaigners have fought on as the Horton General Hospital

:02:02. > :02:07.The maternity unit has lost specialist consultants

:02:08. > :02:10.and become midwife-led, with mums-to-be now traveling to the

:02:11. > :02:15.There are proposals to move other services too.

:02:16. > :02:21.But now, campaigners are fighting back, this time through the courts.

:02:22. > :02:28.We have been working on the legal route for quite some time.

:02:29. > :02:32.The appeal has been sent to a case to be heard in the High Court.

:02:33. > :02:34.It won't bring back maternity if we win this case.

:02:35. > :02:36.It will legally force the Clinical Commissioning Group

:02:37. > :02:39.to go back and start again at the beginning with

:02:40. > :02:41.their consultation, and this time do it in one.

:02:42. > :02:44.Mechanic Keith Strangwood leads the campaign group

:02:45. > :02:51.He, like many others, has his own reasons to save the hospital.

:03:06. > :03:10.Changes to services are being made by the Oxfordshire Clinical

:03:13. > :03:20.A consultation into the changes was carried out in June.

:03:21. > :03:25.But campaigners and councillers have said it was confusing and flawed.

:03:26. > :03:28.We believe we have got some very strong points to make

:03:29. > :03:32.in terms of the legalities of the consultation process.

:03:33. > :03:36.And we believe as local councils we do reflect the views of local

:03:37. > :03:39.people and hence the action we have taken.

:03:40. > :03:42.Nobody was available from Oxfordshire Clinical

:03:43. > :03:44.Commissioning Group to speak to us today, but a spokesperson did say

:03:45. > :03:48.they have received the letter and will respond appropriately.

:03:49. > :03:51.For now, campaigners and councillors will be waiting to see if their case

:03:52. > :03:56.is taken up by the High Court. A decision is expected next month.

:03:57. > :04:02.Workers at BMW have voted to go on strike over plans to close two

:04:03. > :04:08.The firm builds more than 200,000 Minis a year in Oxford
