:07:43. > :07:45.Whereas the other main parties - Labour, the Lib Dems, the Greens -
:07:46. > :07:48.will all be looking to try and stop that from happening.

:07:51. > :07:54.As always there's been a push to encourage students to sign up,
:07:55. > :07:56.a big student population in Oxford, and they're not always known
