:01:51. > :02:03.There are a number of factors involved.

:03:45. > :03:46.No patient data was compromised and the attack levels

:04:38. > :04:39.So ethnic minorities and black and Asian communities.

:04:40. > :04:41.We really want to represent the diverse communities

:04:42. > :04:48.We have got to step up our game here, carry on more positive action

:04:49. > :04:51.and I think there is sort of a short, medium term

:04:52. > :04:56.We need to learn from the military who have done a great job

:04:57. > :04:59.They have really improved their diversity, especially around

:05:00. > :05:04.What do you think women might be able to bring

:05:05. > :05:12.One is it allows us to understand our communities more,

:05:13. > :05:14.we can design services which meet the needs.

:05:15. > :05:15.Whether it is gender, ethnic minorities, whatever

:05:16. > :05:24.So we're really understanding the needs of the community.

:05:25. > :05:26.As a white male, I can never understand those needs,

:05:27. > :05:28.so it is about helping us design services.

:05:29. > :05:30.And being representative of the communities where here to serve.

:05:31. > :05:34.Possibly recruitment drives in the future?

:05:35. > :05:36.Yes, we are looking properly next year for the first

:05:37. > :05:39.time in about five years, we will be recruiting

:05:40. > :05:40.full-time firefighters, so keep your eyes peeled.

:05:41. > :05:44.We will be advertising have a go days and positive action events.

:05:45. > :05:47.The public will always hear cuts to the emergency services,

:05:48. > :05:49.is that something that people here in Oxfordshire need

:05:50. > :05:53.There is less money in the public purse.

:05:54. > :05:57.We understand that, so what we have got to do is do things more

:05:58. > :05:59.We do that by working together, working in partnership

:06:00. > :06:02.and collaborating with both the police, Thames Valley Police

:06:03. > :06:04.and south-central ambulance and looking at opportunities.

:06:05. > :06:10.We are doing co-responding for the Ambulance Service and we're

:06:11. > :06:12.We've got sites at Carterton, Farringdon.

:06:13. > :06:19.So we have got to look at every opportunity to be more reflective,

:06:20. > :06:22.more efficient and provide value for money for the

:06:23. > :06:27.Major road works have started on one of the main routes into Swindon,

:06:28. > :06:30.The work on Akers Way will last 20-weeks

:06:31. > :06:36.and will see sections of the road closed to traffic.

:06:37. > :06:39.At the moment there are road works between St Mary's Church roundabout

:06:40. > :06:41.and Cheney Manor industrial estate, which will continue

:06:42. > :06:45.Candidates for the upcoming Oxfordshire County Council elections

:06:46. > :06:50.Residents must register by Thursday to be eligible to vote.

:06:51. > :06:52.Earlier, I spoke to our political reporter Bethan Phillips

:06:53. > :06:57.and I asked her if we could expect any surprises in who's standing.

:06:58. > :07:01.I think what stands out is who's not up for election.

:07:02. > :07:05.There's a total of 18 councillors who've decided to call it a day,

:07:06. > :07:08.some who have served as councillors for a very long time indeed.

:07:09. > :07:12.It's also interesting to look at who is putting up candidates.

:07:13. > :07:14.There was real local election success across

:07:15. > :07:18.But they didn't win any seats in Oxfordshire.

:07:19. > :07:21.Then of course, the county voted overall to remain in the EU.

:07:22. > :07:26.And I think that might well be part of the reason that Ukip is only

:07:27. > :07:29.standing this time in 11 of the 63 divisions in Oxfordshire.

:07:30. > :07:32.What can we expect on election night?

:07:33. > :07:35.It was very close last time around - so probably a tense night

:07:36. > :07:40.The Conservatives don't have an overall majority at the moment -

:07:41. > :07:42.So they'll be hoping to pick up some extra seats.

:07:43. > :07:45.Whereas the other main parties - Labour, the Lib Dems, the Greens -

:07:46. > :07:48.will all be looking to try and stop that from happening.

:07:49. > :07:50.For voters, you've only got until Thursday to register.

:07:51. > :07:54.As always there's been a push to encourage students to sign up,

:07:55. > :07:56.a big student population in Oxford, and they're not always known

:07:57. > :07:58.for being very organised and registering to vote

:07:59. > :08:04.But Oxford University Students Union says it's important that students -

:08:05. > :08:06.and other residents - have their say.

:08:07. > :08:08.I think they are certainly interested in the issues.

:08:09. > :08:11.Once we make the connection for them between the issues that

:08:12. > :08:13.they're interested in and these elections, then suddenly you get

:08:14. > :08:16.people who are interested and passionate about voting.

:08:17. > :08:19.We also have elections coming up for Wiltshire Council

:08:20. > :08:22.and Buckinghamshire County Council - each of the council website has

:08:23. > :08:34.Gold bars thought to worth ?2 million have been found

:08:35. > :08:36.inside the engine of an old military tank bought on eBay.

:08:37. > :08:40.Nick Mead, who lives near Brackley, discovered five gold bars

:08:41. > :08:42.which weigh around five kilograms each hidden inside the tank

:08:43. > :08:50.The tank is thought to have belonged to Iraqi forces during the Gulf War.

:08:51. > :08:52.Nick won't benefit from the gold it's been taken away

:08:53. > :08:59.We're back in BBC Breakfast tomorrow morning, but for now goodnight

:09:00. > :09:04.and with the weather here's Alexis Green.

:09:05. > :09:07.Today was certainly a lot cooler than yesterday.

:09:08. > :09:09.It was the warmest day of the week so far.

:09:10. > :09:12.This week, there will be a good deal of dry weather.

:09:13. > :09:14.Temperatures will be around average, 13 to 15 Celsius,

:09:15. > :09:20.and there will be a lot of dry weather over the weekend.

:09:21. > :09:24.So as we head through tonight, the clear skies

:09:25. > :09:27.will develop the cloud melting away and temperatures will fall to about

:09:28. > :09:37.There may be patchy fog, even pockets of frost first thing

:09:38. > :09:39.These are temperatures in urban areas.

:09:40. > :09:41.A dry day tomorrow, lots of sunshine on

:09:42. > :09:44.Maybe a lot of cloud to start the day.

:09:45. > :09:47.Mist and fog will clear and through the afternoon, any sunny

:09:48. > :09:50.spells could reach a highs of around 13, maybe up to 14 Celsius.

:09:51. > :09:51.Very similar to today's temperatures.

:09:52. > :09:53.There will be a breeze coming in from the west.

:09:54. > :09:55.Tomorrow evening, we are looking at patchy cloud.

:09:56. > :09:58.So we will be looking at clear skies, but

:09:59. > :10:00.through the early hours of the morning temperatures will take a dip

:10:01. > :10:03.in the countryside at around three or four Celsius.

:10:04. > :10:06.Through Wednesday, it is going to be breezy, but are quite

:10:07. > :10:09.Some brighter spells here and there, but also the

:10:10. > :10:13.Not amounting to too much and many places

:10:14. > :10:16.Not amounting to too much and many places will stay dry with height

:10:17. > :10:20.Thursday, the winds will fall lighter, it should be a mainly dry

:10:21. > :10:22.day and pleasant in any sunny spells.

:10:23. > :10:25.Temperatures could reach a highs of 12 to 14 Celsius which is

:10:26. > :10:27.around average for this time of year.

:10:28. > :10:28.Friday is a similar scenario to Thursday.

:10:29. > :10:40.The chance of some rain after dark on Friday, but generally

:10:41. > :10:42.most of the day the majority of the day will stay dry.

:10:43. > :10:45.It is after dark, patchy rain is expected on Friday

:10:46. > :10:48.evening and as we look ahead to the Easter weekend, a lot of dry

:10:49. > :10:49.weather, especially through Good Friday,

:10:50. > :10:57.Most places will stay dry you will be unlucky if you do catch

:10:58. > :11:06.Lots of dry weather for the Easter weekend.

:11:07. > :11:19.Good evening. Let's cut to the chase the first big holiday weekend of the

:11:20. > :11:23.year is on the horizon and if you consider last weekend as a taster

:11:24. > :11:27.for the summer, this weekend is not looking too bad. It will be a bit

:11:28. > :11:30.cooler, temperatures this week and closer to where they should be at

:11:31. > :11:35.this time of the year thanks to the north-west breed and the reason for

:11:36. > :11:39.that, if we look at the jet stream, coming across the Atlantic pushing

:11:40. > :11:45.from north to south -- north-west breeze. It separates the high

:11:46. > :11:48.pressure and low price and it allows the northerly airflow to develop. It

:11:49. > :11:54.means there will be some showers going into Easter weekend but they

:11:55. > :11:56.will only be a small portion of the weekend wherever you are and there

:11:57. > :12:00.will be some dry weather and when the sun is out, it is getting

:12:01. > :12:06.stronger so it will negate some of the chill. Without the sunshine it

:12:07. > :12:09.will be chilly at night and that is the case tonight,
