:06:36. > :06:41.And there is more on that story tonight on Inside Out at 7.30 on
:06:41. > :06:46.BBC One. Tonight, the Royal Hampshire County
:06:46. > :06:50.Hospital in Manchester has reopened completely, some 72 hours after the
:06:50. > :06:54.fire which forced the evacuation of patients from intensive care and
:06:54. > :06:58.the closure of the accident and emergency department. But visitors
:06:58. > :07:04.are being asked to stay away because of a new problem, an
:07:04. > :07:08.outbreak of norovirus. Today, staff at the Royal Hampshire
:07:08. > :07:14.County Hospital have been getting familiar with two mobile scanning
:07:15. > :07:18.units brought in to replace the ones damaged in the fire. The A&E
:07:18. > :07:23.department partially reopened 24 hours later, but patients with head
:07:23. > :07:27.injuries have had to be treated in Southampton and Basingstoke. These
:07:28. > :07:33.two units can now handle anyone that comes in. This machine is the
:07:33. > :07:36.temporary CT scanner which we will use and to weaken the condition
:07:36. > :07:40.one-over scanners that was not seriously damaged. The good news is
:07:40. > :07:46.that within about five minutes, the first of the in patients will be
:07:46. > :07:51.placed on the scanner. The ACT mobile scanning unit is now fully
:07:51. > :07:54.operational. We are just seeing the first patient going. So the
:07:54. > :07:59.hospital is almost up and running. But to compound recent problems, I
:07:59. > :08:02.had been told that the norovirus has broken out in several of awards.
:08:03. > :08:08.So visitors to the hospital are being asked to stay away if
:08:08. > :08:13.possible. -- several of the wards. The fire service has yet to start
:08:13. > :08:17.investigating the blaze. It is because there is still a magnetic
:08:17. > :08:20.field around the damaged equipment. No one can really going yet, but a
:08:20. > :08:30.hospital hope it will be safe enough for people to start

:09:38. > :09:42.do not have their own transport. They will only have a short journey
:09:42. > :09:47.to get the services they need, so it makes them more likely to use
:09:47. > :09:50.the services. If it is too difficult, they do not come and
:09:51. > :09:53.they do not benefit. Although it is on the site of the old St Mary's

:10:32. > :10:35.We have a population of 200,000 that this community health campus
:10:35. > :10:41.will serve, so we hope they will come through our doors and use the
:10:41. > :10:44.local facility. And it is very important that they do get the

:12:12. > :12:18.can highlight them up to ten times a day. I was amazed, I didn't know

:21:10. > :21:14.your favourite? It was Peter Davidson. I am sharing
:21:14. > :21:18.my age! Two episodes of Doctor Who that were previously thought to be
:21:18. > :21:22.wiped have been found in Marchwood. The films were bought at a school
:21:22. > :21:26.fete in 1980 by former TV engineer Terry Burnett, and have been in his
:21:26. > :21:33.loft ever since. Ben Moore jumped in his Tardis for
:21:34. > :21:42.this report. In all of time and space, this film
:21:42. > :21:48.is as rare as a garlic's staircase. These rusting cans told a universe
:21:48. > :21:54.of wonders unseen for half-a- century. The reaction was
:21:54. > :21:58.incredible. I did not realise that they were so scarce. About 250
:21:58. > :22:08.episodes of Dr Who were shown in the 60s where William Hartnell and
:22:08. > :22:10.
:22:10. > :22:16.Patrick trout and played the doctor. 108 were missing. Both episodes
:22:16. > :22:26.have a Dr Who fans excited. The first one features domed robots,
:22:26. > :22:26.
:22:26. > :22:30.forerunners of the doctor's most notorious both. The underwater
:22:30. > :22:35.menace is now the earliest surviving episode to feature the
:22:35. > :22:39.second doctor. It is what every doctor Who fan dreams of, finding
:22:39. > :22:45.one of these. Some of us have devoted years to trying to turn
:22:45. > :22:49.them up and Terry just came up with them. All the original black-and-
:22:49. > :22:54.white films were exterminated during to BBC modernisation years
:22:54. > :22:58.ago. These are copies made for foreign markets. It was a different
:22:58. > :23:03.age. Black-and-white television was considered old hat, it had to be
:23:03. > :23:07.colour, but I find it incredible that anyone could be so insensitive
:23:07. > :23:12.to all the work that went into making these episodes. If you come
:23:12. > :23:21.across any rusty tins in your attic then left to local time Lord know.
:23:21. > :23:28.You could be filling a valuable gap in that space-time continuum.
:23:28. > :23:37.He may never be seen again! There is a doctor who Christmas special
:23:37. > :23:40.this year. Do not miss that. Look at this!
:23:40. > :23:45.This is the first time a has been shown.
:23:45. > :23:49.I it is, it went up at the weekend. I'll always so I did it but I did
:23:49. > :23:55.not do it this year. Do you hang one bauble?
:23:55. > :23:58.No, I didn't do anything. Someone has got some taste this year. Gale-
:23:58. > :24:01.force winds and heavy rain are expected overnight in the South at
:24:01. > :24:03.the start of what's looking like a stormy week. Coastal areas could be
:24:03. > :24:07.particularly vulnerable during tonight's high tides.
:24:07. > :24:12.That is right, surging tides accompanying the winds could cause
:24:12. > :24:15.some local coastal flooding. Do we know what time it tonight
:24:15. > :24:22.that could be? We will find out before the end of
:24:22. > :24:26.the programme. We have a few where the pictures.
:24:26. > :24:28.It was a lovely start to the day in Dorset. Heather Snow captured this
:24:28. > :24:31.fantastic view of the Jurassic Coast looking towards Durdle Door.
:24:31. > :24:33.Peter Raw captured sheep grazing in the sunshine in Twyford in
:24:33. > :24:43.Hampshire. And two swans posed for John
:24:43. > :24:45.
:24:45. > :24:49.Moore's camera in Westmorland Pond Very stormy conditions overnight
:24:49. > :24:54.tonight. Heavy rain and strong winds so the where -- Met Office
:24:54. > :25:03.had issued an early warning for a wind. It could gust up to 70 mph on
:25:03. > :25:08.coastal stretches. The rain will also be very heavy with up to 30 mm
:25:08. > :25:14.falling. Gusts along the south coast could be up to 70 mph but
:25:14. > :25:18.widely 50 mph or 60 mph. The heavy rain will rattle through. You can
:25:18. > :25:22.see the strength of the wind and none will be the key feature. The
:25:22. > :25:26.Wynnstay strong tomorrow and we will have shower was drifting about.
:25:26. > :25:31.The show was over higher ground could be wintry in nature. On lower
:25:31. > :25:36.levels they could be Slade. Possibly a dusting of snow in
:25:36. > :25:38.hilltop areas. Temperatures will struggle in the afternoon. There
:25:39. > :25:47.will be milder conditions on the coast but cooler conditions where
:25:47. > :25:51.the snow for is. We could see some icy conditions on untreated road
:25:51. > :25:57.surfaces and temperatures will plunge towards freezing. A low of
:25:57. > :26:01.freezing and up to five Celsius with a cold night to come. As we
:26:01. > :26:06.head towards Wednesday, it is looking fairly good but there will
:26:06. > :26:10.be some wintry showers out and about, even to lower levels. There
:26:11. > :26:15.may be sleet. Thursday has a bright start to the day before this band
:26:15. > :26:19.of rain arrives in the afternoon. It is another area of low pressure
:26:19. > :26:23.and causing heavy rainfall and strong winds. That is the low-
:26:23. > :26:31.pressure swinging in from the Atlantic. Stormy conditions having
:26:31. > :26:35.our way. The Met Office early warning for that. Tomorrow there
:26:35. > :26:42.will be wintry showers dotted about, perhaps a dusting of show for
:26:42. > :26:46.hilltop areas. Strong wind will stay with us for the rest of the
:26:46. > :26:52.week. We have those high tide times, 10pm
:26:52. > :26:57.in Bournemouth and Midnight in Shoreham, so just the and warned.
:26:57. > :27:01.You have some sports news. Imagine what it is like out at sea.
:27:01. > :27:05.There is a transatlantic solo race going on with some sailors taking
:27:05. > :27:10.part. We have heard that because of the strong wind and the high tide,
:27:10. > :27:14.they have had to change the whole course of that race.
:27:14. > :27:18.So it is having an impact already. Tomorrow, just to quickly remind
:27:18. > :27:23.you that we did not have e-mail are. This is how to get in touch with us.
:27:23. > :27:28.We are talking about inflation with a series of reports on the economy,
:27:28. > :27:33.talking to businesses, families and savers. We'd love to hear from you.
