:00:08. > :00:10.Hello. Good evening, I'm Dani Sinha. Police in Southampton have made a

:00:10. > :00:16.fourth arrest following the discovery of a charred body in an

:00:16. > :00:23.industrial bin in the city yesterday. Tests are still being

:00:23. > :00:27.carried out to determine whether the victim was a man or a woman.

:00:27. > :00:34.Police have been busy all day at the Empress Road industrial estate

:00:34. > :00:38.where the body was discovered Sunday morning. Officers used a

:00:38. > :00:44.hoist to get an aerial perspective. The body was discovered in a waste

:00:44. > :00:48.bin by a fire crews that had come to distinguish a blaze in Maybin.

:00:48. > :00:52.People have been arrested on suspicion of murder and the police

:00:52. > :00:57.announced a 31 year-old man has been arrested. They are from

:00:57. > :01:04.Southampton. Attention switched to this residential area near the

:01:04. > :01:10.industrial estate. They now believe the victim was moulded and taken to

:01:10. > :01:16.the Industrial Estate, possibly in a wheelie bin. -- murdered.

:01:16. > :01:22.Anyone who saw a we've been being pushed near a vehicle on Saturday-

:01:22. > :01:27.night should get in touch. -- wheelie bin.

:01:28. > :01:30.They have not yet established the identity or gender of the victim.

:01:30. > :01:35.Sussex Police say they're deeply concerned for the safety of two

:01:35. > :01:38.Nigerian teenage girls who've gone missing. Both are 15 years old and

:01:38. > :01:40.went missing in Worthing on Good Friday afternoon saying they were

:01:40. > :01:44.going to church. They had recently arrived in the country, travelling

:01:44. > :01:46.un-accompanied from Nigeria. It's won one of the UK's top

:01:46. > :01:50.seaside awards, but without significant investment Swanage Pier

:01:50. > :01:53.could fall into the sea. The Victorian promenade has been

:01:54. > :02:03.awarded the Pier of the Year award by the National Piers Society, but

:02:04. > :02:04.

:02:04. > :02:10.its base is rotting away. Beating back the tide of

:02:10. > :02:16.competition has not been easy, especially for 120 year old peer

:02:16. > :02:22.run by volunteers. It is a Victorian peer that has stayed as

:02:22. > :02:27.it was in Victorian times. No extra buildings have been put on the Pier,

:02:27. > :02:30.no funfairs, no cinemas and theatres. In the nineties, a

:02:30. > :02:36.million-pound grant refurbished the decking bet another three-quarters

:02:36. > :02:41.of a million is needed to stop it being swallowed by the sea. If you

:02:41. > :02:46.look at some of these beams, they are in that soft wood so are not

:02:46. > :02:51.designed for use at sea. We should be using their read -- marine the

:02:51. > :02:55.Grade One Tevez. It is near collapse. Another problem for the

:02:55. > :03:01.peer is known as the dreaded Greg Ball. A tiny crustacean that lives

:03:01. > :03:09.at the bottom of the peer and in a couple of decades, they can reduce

:03:09. > :03:13.strong timber like this to this. There is a long way to go to ensure

:03:13. > :03:17.Swanage peer is the best in the UK and doesn't go in the way of its

:03:17. > :03:21.predecessor. Traders in Weymouth are claiming that the closure of a

:03:21. > :03:23.bridge in the centre of the town is causing serious harm to their

:03:23. > :03:26.Easter business. Essential repair work is being carried out on the

:03:26. > :03:36.Town Bridge but the traders were expecting it to be temporarily re-

:03:36. > :03:40.opened over the Bank Holiday. Times are tough for many seaside

:03:40. > :03:44.resorts so Easter is important to bring in money. The bridge in

:03:44. > :03:50.Weymouth is in prime location providing access to Buses. Having

:03:50. > :03:56.it closed is causing problems. has impacted on away lunchtime

:03:56. > :04:01.trade and will continue to do so. It is a big ass it for us with

:04:01. > :04:07.people coming into town and visiting our barn -- bar and

:04:07. > :04:11.restaurant. The work has to be carried out but traders thought it

:04:11. > :04:15.would temporarily open for Easter. The County Council has changed his

:04:15. > :04:25.mind. It has devastated our business because we have had a

:04:25. > :04:31.recession, 6% merely increase in VAT rates, the bridge closer is the

:04:31. > :04:34.last straw in the camel's back. County Council says it was his

:04:34. > :04:38.intention to have the bridge over - - open for the Easter period the

:04:38. > :04:43.party would be better for it to remain closed rather than open up

:04:43. > :04:48.for a short Easter period and have to close it again. Bus companies

:04:48. > :04:54.have changed their roots and wouldn't change them back for the

:04:54. > :04:57.Easter period. Vehicles can still get around but it is a diversion.

:04:57. > :05:01.It reopens in May. Onto football now and in the Championship,

:05:01. > :05:05.Southampton have increased their lead at the top of the table. Both

:05:05. > :05:08.goals at Crystal Palace are credited to Ricky Lambert. He has

:05:08. > :05:11.now hit 87 goals during his career at Saints. Southampton now have

:05:12. > :05:14.just five games to go before the end of the season and likely

:05:14. > :05:17.promotion. In League One, Bournemouth beat Huddersfield 2-0.

:05:17. > :05:20.Wycombe were firmly defeated by Chesterfield - the score 4-0. But

:05:20. > :05:23.better news for MK Dons. They beat Tranmere 3-0. In League Two, an

:05:23. > :05:26.unsettling day for Crawley Town who lost both their manager Steve Evans

:05:26. > :05:30.and assistant manager Paul Raynor. Evans, who had managed Crawley

:05:30. > :05:36.since 2007 is moving to Rotherham. But they still managed an away win

:05:36. > :05:39.at Barnet. Oxford United secured a 2-2 draw against visitors Torquay.

:05:39. > :05:49.Aldershot went down by a single goal at Plymouth. But Swindon were

:05:49. > :05:58.

:05:58. > :06:05.one up at home to Northampton. The rain will gradually disappear

:06:05. > :06:10.today. Once it clears, we have sheltered spots that could have

:06:10. > :06:14.some frost as temperatures drop towards freezing. A dry and bright

:06:14. > :06:22.start to the day tomorrow but quickly be showers will start

:06:22. > :06:26.rolling in from the West. The shower was a should be short lived

:06:26. > :06:35.because of the high winds and expect highs of 11 Celsius tomorrow.

:06:35. > :06:42.The rest of the week, sunshine and showers. Temperatures up to 14

:06:42. > :06:45.On Tuesday, we'll have special editions of South Today live from

:06:45. > :06:48.the new Sea City Museum in Southampton. The fifteen million

:06:48. > :06:51.pound attraction opens exactly a hundred years to the day since

:06:52. > :06:58.Titanic set sail from the port. Tom Hepworth continues his series of

:06:58. > :07:02.special reports and travels to Canada.

:07:02. > :07:07.On Tuesday, I will tell you their remarkable but tragic story of

:07:07. > :07:12.three brothers who died on the Titanic and wave their deaths
