:00:00. > :00:17.Welcome to south Today. A Liberal Democrat councillor from Dorset

:00:18. > :00:22.who's to face trial for serious sexual offences against a child is

:00:23. > :00:26.suspended by the party. Tourists access Stonehenge from a by`way that

:00:27. > :00:29.avoids paying at the new visitor centre. Feeling blue. The

:00:30. > :00:34.Christchurch couple told to repaint their beach hut to fit in with their

:00:35. > :00:40.neighbours'. When somebody says that everything has to be uniform, one

:00:41. > :00:43.has to ask, well, does it really have to be?

:00:44. > :00:50.And how a pasty filled with snails is helping a Hampshire village

:00:51. > :00:54.commemorate D`Day. Good old British beef, red wine beef

:00:55. > :01:11.casserole and a normal pasty. A Liberal Democrat councillor from

:01:12. > :01:14.Weymouth who is accused of serious sexual offences against a child was

:01:15. > :01:18.not suspended from the party when he was charged four months ago because

:01:19. > :01:22.of a communications failure. Councillor Ryan Hope denies the

:01:23. > :01:27.allegations. He was suspended from the party after the local Labour

:01:28. > :01:32.group contacted Nick Clegg's office yesterday. Briny join mess from

:01:33. > :01:36.Weymouth with the latest. Sally, councillor Ryan Hope is a

:01:37. > :01:40.well`known council in Weymouth partly because of his age, only 20

:01:41. > :01:46.when he was elected in 2012, making him the youngest ever councillor in

:01:47. > :01:52.the borough. He faces seven charges, including rape of a child, also the

:01:53. > :01:56.sexual assault of a child. He denies the allegations and will go on trial

:01:57. > :01:58.in April. He first appeared in court in September and the Labour Party

:01:59. > :02:02.locally called for him to stand aside pending the trial for a

:02:03. > :02:08.by`election to take place. No action was taken by the Liberal Democrats.

:02:09. > :02:13.Yesterday, the Labour Party locally contacted Nick Clegg asking him to

:02:14. > :02:17.intervene, citing the high profile suspensions of Lord Rennard and Mike

:02:18. > :02:22.Hancock from the party, both of them denying any wrongdoing. The party

:02:23. > :02:23.nationally responded swiftly, suspending councillor Hope and

:02:24. > :02:43.saying: What has been the political reaction

:02:44. > :02:48.to the suspension? Well, no party is in overall control

:02:49. > :02:52.at Weymouth and Portland Borough Council. The Labour Group say the

:02:53. > :02:58.Liberal Democrat Group locally still have questions to answer. They are

:02:59. > :03:04.led by councillor Iain Rowback, despite the suspension going ahead.

:03:05. > :03:07.I'm pleased action is being taken but frankly I'm astonished it's

:03:08. > :03:13.taken so long to reach this outcome which surely was inevitable from the

:03:14. > :03:18.outset. In failing to take action about this matter locally, I think

:03:19. > :03:22.the councillor's shown poor judgment and a Fawure to appreciate the

:03:23. > :03:33.severity of the allegations and shown contempt for the electorate.

:03:34. > :03:37.Council Councillor `` the councillor said he notified the party about the

:03:38. > :03:41.situation with Ryan Hope last year and he said he did not realise there

:03:42. > :03:45.were explicit party rules which applied when someone faced such

:03:46. > :03:50.serious charges and he does realise that now and accepts Councillor Hope

:03:51. > :03:54.should be suspended. He says if anybody is responsible for the

:03:55. > :03:59.delay, he accepts the blame. Councillor Hope says he wants to

:04:00. > :04:04.continue to sit as a councillor, he'll sit as an independent. Be`

:04:05. > :04:09.inquest has heard how an 80`year`old woman sent to hospital with a

:04:10. > :04:14.fractured hip died four days later of pneumonia. Ethel died in 2010,

:04:15. > :04:18.more than three years later her family today heard hospital

:04:19. > :04:24.consultants described how staff acted appropriately at all times.

:04:25. > :04:27.91`year`old William Murray, leaving court with sons Steve and David.

:04:28. > :04:33.He's just been hearing medical evidence at the inquest into his

:04:34. > :04:36.wife's death. Ethel Murray was first admitted to Southampton General

:04:37. > :04:41.Hospital on August 11th, 2010, after a fall. She had diabetes. But staff

:04:42. > :04:46.decided Ethel didn't need acute care so the next day, she was transferred

:04:47. > :04:51.here, to the Royal South Hants Hospital for rehabilitation.

:04:52. > :04:56.A diabetes consultant told the court that Mrs Murray had been properly

:04:57. > :05:00.assessed throughout her stay and that drops in her blood sugar level

:05:01. > :05:03.had been treated. On the evening of August 14th, Mrs Murray was sent

:05:04. > :05:08.back to the General Hospital because of a chesty cough and concern about

:05:09. > :05:12.her breathing. Once there, she wasn't assessed to be in need of

:05:13. > :05:17.urgent treatment, so wasn't seen by a doctor for six hours. By then, it

:05:18. > :05:21.was too late. Mrs Murray's condition deteriorate and she couldn't be

:05:22. > :05:26.resuscitated. A postmortem found she died of Blancial pneumonia. The

:05:27. > :05:30.inquest heard the family raised concerns about Mrs Murray's care.

:05:31. > :05:33.They felt staff weren't used to dealing with her diabetes and that

:05:34. > :05:38.they should have detected her pneumonia earlier. A consultant said

:05:39. > :05:42.all the records showed staff acted appropriately at all times with the

:05:43. > :05:49.information at hand even if she had been given antibiotics earlier it

:05:50. > :05:54.was unlikely to have made a difference. The coroner will deliver

:05:55. > :05:59.his written judgment in two weeks. Chief Constable of Sussex Police has

:06:00. > :06:02.refused to apologise to a local MP despite admitting his force made

:06:03. > :06:07.mistakes in sending him a harassment warning. The MP for East Worthing

:06:08. > :06:11.and Shoreham Tim Loughton has been involved in a long running wrangle

:06:12. > :06:18.with a constituent over the sending of messages he claims are abuse u.

:06:19. > :06:21.Police issued him with a warning over what he said in Parliament. I

:06:22. > :06:31.wanted to close that situation down, not inflame it. By issuing a pin, by

:06:32. > :06:34.taking this to the crazy extent the police have, that's exacerbated the

:06:35. > :06:37.situation out of all control which is why this needs to be addressed

:06:38. > :06:41.very seriously. As we have heard, Britain's economy is growing at its

:06:42. > :06:46.strongest rate since the start of the financial crisis six years ago.

:06:47. > :06:50.The service sector has been dubbed the engine room of the recovery,

:06:51. > :06:55.nowhere more so than in Surrey. The economy there is growing four times

:06:56. > :06:58.faster than the UK average. Our business correspondent, Alastair

:06:59. > :07:02.Fee has been assessing the mood in Guildford.

:07:03. > :07:07.The services sector, by most estimates makes up more than 70% of

:07:08. > :07:11.the country's GDP, the measurement of everything we produce, covering

:07:12. > :07:15.retail, health, education and professional services, by far the

:07:16. > :07:22.biggest employer and it's kept Surrey amongst the most affluent

:07:23. > :07:28.counties. Koko Salon is still a relatively new face. They put their

:07:29. > :07:32.success down to hard graft, loyal customers and finding a niche in the

:07:33. > :07:35.market. People are more confident in spending money, I wouldn't say they

:07:36. > :07:38.have more, but they are confident in spending it. Three or four years

:07:39. > :07:43.ago, no`one knew what was around the corner. People aren't acting

:07:44. > :07:48.negatively any more. Clients are coming in more regularly or spending

:07:49. > :07:54.more money on all sorts of things like retail or services and things

:07:55. > :08:00.like that, so as long as we maintain our standards, we can continue to

:08:01. > :08:06.grow. An economic development company with big ammicses around the

:08:07. > :08:14.corner. It aims to double its output in the next few years to over ?15

:08:15. > :08:17.billion. Investment is being made and businesses need to focus on

:08:18. > :08:22.research and development and marketing and the training of their

:08:23. > :08:27.staff. They also need to focus on new products and services. That's

:08:28. > :08:32.particularly important and that's the driver coming forward. A survey

:08:33. > :08:39.of 1300 Surrey businesses revealed that 70% are optimistic about growth

:08:40. > :08:43.in the year ahead. 25% are exporting and 30% said they saw an increase in

:08:44. > :08:49.customers last year. Financial services are a massive contributor

:08:50. > :08:55.to GDP. Chapters Financial recently opened an office in Woking. Its MD

:08:56. > :09:00.has written a book called the Recession is Over. There is some

:09:01. > :09:03.momentum going at the moment. I don't think it's a blip but I think

:09:04. > :09:09.we are at the beginning of the start, rather than actually being in

:09:10. > :09:12.the middle of the growth phase. We have seen a ground swell of

:09:13. > :09:16.growth over the course of the last few quarters, so no it doesn't

:09:17. > :09:21.surprise me that particularly services has done reasonably well at

:09:22. > :09:26.this announcement and we hope that will continue on in 2014. The

:09:27. > :09:31.services or tertiary sector draws in a vast range. Not all the areas are

:09:32. > :09:34.performing well all the time. But together, their combined weight is

:09:35. > :09:38.driving recovery. Surrey's annual output is increasing

:09:39. > :09:43.at four times that of the national average.

:09:44. > :09:48.A respite care home for disabled children in Salisbury will now close

:09:49. > :09:51.following a final vote by Healthcare Commissioners. Campaigners had been

:09:52. > :09:55.fighting to keep the centre open which they say provided a vital

:09:56. > :09:59.service for families for more than 30 years. Wiltshire's Clinical

:10:00. > :10:02.Commissioning Group says it will focus instead on providing a

:10:03. > :10:06.specialist carer service to enable children to be looked after in their

:10:07. > :10:13.own homes. Still to come this evening:

:10:14. > :10:14.25 runners for 25 years. The Great South Run celebrates a quarter of a

:10:15. > :10:26.century. Visitors to Stonehenge have

:10:27. > :10:29.discovered a loophole at the World Heritage Site, saving a long walk

:10:30. > :10:35.and sometimes even getting in for free. A new visitor centre a mile

:10:36. > :10:40.and a half away opened before Christmas, prompting complains ``

:10:41. > :10:44.complaints about the distance. Today the old tourist facilities were

:10:45. > :10:50.demolished and the site next to the monument will be grassed over.

:10:51. > :10:57.Demolished at last. This has been the goal of English Heritage since

:10:58. > :11:02.the 1980s. The buildings here have been too

:11:03. > :11:08.small, too ugly, too close to one of the world's most famous ancient

:11:09. > :11:12.monuments. Soon, like the road alongside, it will be grassed over,

:11:13. > :11:18.only a small security building and some toilets will remain.

:11:19. > :11:24.It's the end of an era really. It's served its purpose, so I am

:11:25. > :11:27.permanently pleased to see it going because reuniting Stonehenge in its

:11:28. > :11:31.grass land setting will be absolutely fantastic.

:11:32. > :11:36.The new visitor centre is a mile and a half away over the hill. The idea

:11:37. > :11:41.is to give Stonehenge a more tranquil setting with less intrusion

:11:42. > :11:46.by 21st century life. Until last month, tourists had to

:11:47. > :11:51.pass through a turnstile and enter via a tunnel beneath the road. But

:11:52. > :11:57.not any more. Now, they are simply strolling in.

:11:58. > :12:04.And that creates another problem. This's a public rite of way

:12:05. > :12:11.alongside and anyone can turn off the A303 and park there. In the wet,

:12:12. > :12:14.winter weather, the by`way is being badly damaged by lots of cars.

:12:15. > :12:19.Instead of a three`mile round trip from the car park, it's a one`minute

:12:20. > :12:28.walk and some people have used it to get in for free.

:12:29. > :12:31.It's actually the old road to Larkhill Army Camp. It ran through

:12:32. > :12:36.the outer circle of the ancient monument in the First World War.

:12:37. > :12:41.Closing it would not be easy. Alongside, the A303 suffers frequent

:12:42. > :12:46.congestion, the biggest bottleneck on the main route to the South West.

:12:47. > :12:50.Yet, another consultation is getting under way this week, the Roads

:12:51. > :12:55.Minister's met Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall councils to begin

:12:56. > :13:01.a long debate about how to improve it.

:13:02. > :13:06.A man has been taken to hospital after suffering burps at a

:13:07. > :13:10.Chichester dentist. Police believe he set himself on fire using

:13:11. > :13:13.cigarette lighter fluid. The fire was confine toed the man's clothing

:13:14. > :13:17.with no damage caused to the surgery.

:13:18. > :13:20.There was anger at an emergency council meeting in Poole after

:13:21. > :13:25.politicians voted in favour of setting up temporary sites for

:13:26. > :13:30.travellers. Poole doesn't have any official transit camps, making it

:13:31. > :13:35.harder to move illegal encampments. Last night, councillors voted to

:13:36. > :13:41.push ahead with sites. Residents were not consulted properly, it's

:13:42. > :13:47.being said. The councillors don't seem to be living in the real world.

:13:48. > :13:52.To spend taxpayers' money, ?250,000 on laying a bit of gravel down on a

:13:53. > :13:59.site that is totally unsuitable for anybody to live on, it just amazes

:14:00. > :14:03.me. Michael Fallon was in the City today

:14:04. > :14:07.talking to key political and business leaders. His appointment

:14:08. > :14:11.followed the decision in November to move navy shipbuilding to Scotland

:14:12. > :14:15.with the closure of the BAE Systems yard, causing hundreds of job

:14:16. > :14:18.losses. He says he is determined to bring new jobs and growth to

:14:19. > :14:23.Portsmouth. Top of the list is to listen and to

:14:24. > :14:28.learn and I'm talking to a lot of the people who matter in this city,

:14:29. > :14:32.to the local leaders and I want to hear for myself how they see

:14:33. > :14:36.Portsmouth's future. Along the south coast, we are lucky

:14:37. > :14:40.enough to have hundreds of these beautiful beach huts nestling side

:14:41. > :14:44.by side along the seafront. For many, they are a home from home, a

:14:45. > :14:48.place to spend a few hours watching the world go by in. One Dorset town,

:14:49. > :14:52.there's a question over whether the decoration on some of the structures

:14:53. > :14:58.is in keeping with the feel of the area.

:14:59. > :15:04.Picture perfect postcards of the south. The holiday dreams which

:15:05. > :15:08.tease our loved ones back at home. For Gordon and Janet, that dream is

:15:09. > :15:14.a reality. Mediterranean blue skies,

:15:15. > :15:19.sometimes... And a Butterscotch beach hut. Home from home. Their

:15:20. > :15:30.haven is causing controversy because of its design though. According to

:15:31. > :15:35.the council rule hut `` council rules, huts have to be painted

:15:36. > :15:38.mostly blue. Stripes and icons are not permitted.

:15:39. > :15:43.We've perhaps not quite stuck to the rules in as much that we have put

:15:44. > :15:49.these graphics on the front of the hut. We did this five years ago.

:15:50. > :15:53.We've only ever had compliments. Every time we come down, somebody

:15:54. > :15:59.will take a photo of it. They'll ask us to move, we've even had a wedding

:16:00. > :16:03.party come down and had a whole series of photographs taken in front

:16:04. > :16:06.of our hut. Which is lovely! In a statement, Christchurch Borough

:16:07. > :16:36.Council said: The council seems to be against the

:16:37. > :16:39.tide of public opinion. It's a very cheering nautical

:16:40. > :16:43.appearance. I think it fits in lovely with the area and can't see

:16:44. > :16:48.why they'd want to change it. It's clean, fresh, nicely painted.

:16:49. > :16:51.Correct. No problem with that. When you look along the line of the beach

:16:52. > :16:55.huts and some don't look in a particularly good state, it's much

:16:56. > :17:01.better than the rest of them. Gordon and Janet are hoping the council

:17:02. > :17:05.will consider relaxing the policy. A consultation is being held on 26th

:17:06. > :17:14.February. Perhaps a pot of paint lies at the end of the rainbow.

:17:15. > :17:17.You may have a view on that. Let us know. It is a busy night for

:17:18. > :17:23.football with all our local teams in action. Southampton host the Premier

:17:24. > :17:27.League leaders Arsenal at St Mary's. They lie ninth in the table but it's

:17:28. > :17:32.over a decade since they beat the Gunners at home. We will try to win

:17:33. > :17:37.the game. One of our strengths is that we go into the game believing

:17:38. > :17:41.we can win. Full commentary on the match on BBC Radio Solent and Adam

:17:42. > :17:45.Blackmore joins us from the ground now. Are they good enough to cause a

:17:46. > :17:48.surprise and beat the league leaders? Well, they are on their

:17:49. > :17:52.day, but there's no doubt it's going to be tough. When the two sides met

:17:53. > :17:58.in move at the etch rats, Arsenal were top and Saints stared at the

:17:59. > :18:05.time in the Premier League. That 2`0 defeat from the side precipitated a

:18:06. > :18:10.downturn in fortunes `` at the Emirates.

:18:11. > :18:12.The task is certainly a sizeable one for Saints, especially with the

:18:13. > :18:16.squad stretched through injury and suspension.

:18:17. > :18:25.Just waiting for the official team news. Ricky Lambert struck welling a

:18:26. > :18:30.hamstring injury. `` struggling with a hamstring injury.

:18:31. > :18:40.Thank you very much. There's a full league programme

:18:41. > :18:46.tonight in the Championship, Bournemouth host Huddersfield.

:18:47. > :18:50.Alan Smith's signed a three`and`a`half year contract with

:18:51. > :18:55.Bournemouth today, but the deal came too late for the 22`year`old to be

:18:56. > :19:02.available for tonight's home game. Smith's previously been on loan in

:19:03. > :19:18.the 2011`12 season. In League One, MK Dons travel to

:19:19. > :19:23.Carlisle and Swindon are two places off the play`offs and travel to

:19:24. > :19:27.Walsall. In League Two, managerless Oxford

:19:28. > :19:30.United are away at Exeter. Chris Wilder left at the weekend and was

:19:31. > :19:35.appointed Northampton manager on Monday. He was set to be out of

:19:36. > :19:39.contract this summer. He'd been there for five years. The

:19:40. > :19:43.46`year`old leaves Oxford sixth this League Two.

:19:44. > :19:49.Portsmouth are on the road at Wycombe. Riche Barker says the

:19:50. > :19:53.team's away record has been sun acceptable `` unacceptable.

:19:54. > :20:00.They have won just once away in the league this season.

:20:01. > :20:08.It may be nine months away, but I bet you are training already. It's

:20:09. > :20:13.this year's Great South Run. The event was launched in Portsmouth and

:20:14. > :20:18.this year it's the 25th anniversary. To mark the occasion, a runner from

:20:19. > :20:25.each of the past 24 years took part in a special photo shoot at the

:20:26. > :20:27.Spinnaker Tower. The dramatic landscape provided the backdrop for

:20:28. > :20:31.a celebration for something that's become a landmark event. At the

:20:32. > :20:35.Spinnaker Tower, they were launch the Great South Run. It's the 25th

:20:36. > :20:39.anniversary and today a runner from each of the past 24 years took part

:20:40. > :20:43.in the special commemorative gathering.

:20:44. > :20:49.The first Great South Run was held in Southampton in 1990 with 2,000

:20:50. > :20:54.runners. It moved to Portsmouth the following year and now attracts

:20:55. > :20:58.25,000 participants and is Europe's biggest road race with many famous

:20:59. > :21:03.names including Mo Farah who won in 2009. Some here today such as

:21:04. > :21:08.72`year`old Phillip have run in all 24 races.

:21:09. > :21:14.It's fantastic. It's a flat run, easy compared to some. It's not

:21:15. > :21:17.hilly. It's the atmosphere of it really, it's great and there are

:21:18. > :21:23.crowds of people around all cheering you on. It's a happy occasion. Over

:21:24. > :21:28.the years, the race has attracted many celebrities such as blank Bruno

:21:29. > :21:33.and former Portsmouth university student Ben Fogle, as well as

:21:34. > :21:37.countless more anonymous runners in fancy dress which seemed a good idea

:21:38. > :21:43.at the planning stage down the pub. Starting to warm up a bit. I might

:21:44. > :21:46.be struggling soon. The sponsored runners have helped raise over ?30

:21:47. > :21:50.million over the years and today, the man who was the honorary race

:21:51. > :21:54.starter in 2010 praised their efforts.

:21:55. > :21:58.Haven't got to be first. If you take part and finish, what a fantastic

:21:59. > :22:04.feat that is, but at the same time, if you'd been supported by people

:22:05. > :22:10.who're putting money in to the charities, what more could you ask?

:22:11. > :22:14.The organisers are planning a 25`gun salute and asking for photos of past

:22:15. > :22:23.races which they'll display on the events screen this October.

:22:24. > :22:29.Among the famous faces today. Somebody we know very familiar to

:22:30. > :22:33.us. There she is, one of the runners representing 25 years. Which was

:22:34. > :22:38.your year? 2010. It's good with all those people there? It's amazing and

:22:39. > :22:43.very fast. One of the fastest. Look, who is that? ! It's you. I wasn't

:22:44. > :22:48.there today. I wasn't unvitaled. There are a Faw of us. That was the

:22:49. > :22:53.first run in 1990. Gosh, I looked young. I also look very fit and

:22:54. > :22:58.well. Still time to do it this year.

:22:59. > :23:04.What you need is a good pasty to eat which takes us nicely on to the next

:23:05. > :23:14.story. Events will take place to mark the 70th anniversary of the

:23:15. > :23:19.war. The commander General Eisenhower set

:23:20. > :23:25.up a HQ in Southwark where people are already getting a taste of the

:23:26. > :23:28.commemorations to come. Something a little different has

:23:29. > :23:35.been coming out of the ovens as the village prepares to celebrate a

:23:36. > :23:41.special anniversary. Customers have been sampling three recipes just

:23:42. > :23:45.like the official D`Day pasty. We have the resistance which includes

:23:46. > :23:48.snail, the Russian pasty which was spam, oatmeal and various other

:23:49. > :23:54.vegetables that you could get in the day. The winner was the Churchill

:23:55. > :24:00.pasty which is British beef, a red wine beef casserole one side of the

:24:01. > :24:05.pasty and normal the other side. The Churchill pasty. Two actually, not

:24:06. > :24:11.both for myself. The spam one will be fantastic. Not sure about the

:24:12. > :24:15.snail but the spam definitely. The military in 1944 couldn't move for

:24:16. > :24:18.forces preparing for a significant date.

:24:19. > :24:23.NEWSREEL: The dawn of June 6th comes over... The villagers then didn't

:24:24. > :24:27.really know what was going on. My mother lived here, she was 13 at the

:24:28. > :24:33.time, a farmer's daughter. She lived in a farmhouse at the bottom of the

:24:34. > :24:38.village and in camps there were British troops, the offers would

:24:39. > :24:42.come in to have fresh running water. The privates would share the water

:24:43. > :24:45.dipped from the river. They knew there was something big about to

:24:46. > :24:51.take place but they had no idea it was leading up to D`Day. The entire

:24:52. > :24:55.invasion was run from here, so 70 years on, Southwark has much to

:24:56. > :24:59.celebrate. One idea is to record the recktions of those here back in

:25:00. > :25:04.1944. For an exhibition and hopefully a book to keep alive the

:25:05. > :25:05.memories of the times when this tiny village played such a crucial role

:25:06. > :25:19.in world history. The 70th anniversary commemorations

:25:20. > :25:24.coming up over the coming months. Now the weather.

:25:25. > :25:27.Stay tuned to the forecast. Ken Rayner captured the Wilton windmill

:25:28. > :25:33.south of Hungerford in`between the showers.

:25:34. > :25:39.Mark Steel took this photograph of the Winterborn Stickland.

:25:40. > :25:43.Weather warnings for more rain at the moment.

:25:44. > :25:47.Dorset, the Isle of Wight, West Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire with.

:25:48. > :25:51.Other areas will be affected. The rain will affect much of the region.

:25:52. > :25:55.We are expecting some showers with perhaps hail and thunder. They could

:25:56. > :26:00.be on the heavy side lasting through much of the night.

:26:01. > :26:04.Temperatures fall to a chilly four to five Celsius but remain above

:26:05. > :26:09.freezing. There is a brisk wind. Tomorrow is generally a grey and

:26:10. > :26:13.damp day, all in all. We are expecting rain, further showers,

:26:14. > :26:17.hail and thunder throughout the day and wintry showers. We could have a

:26:18. > :26:20.dusting of snow over the Chilterns, the Berkshire Downs and the

:26:21. > :26:25.Cotswolds with temperatures rising to a chilly five Celsius in some

:26:26. > :26:28.parts in Oxfordshire. Along the south coast, a high of seven to

:26:29. > :26:35.eight. The brisk easterly will take the edge off temperatures tomorrow.

:26:36. > :26:37.The Wimbledon tri`` wintry showers continue tomorrow. A yellow weather

:26:38. > :26:49.warning out for that. Where we have had the showers, the

:26:50. > :26:53.big risk of ice on untreated surfaces. A drier start to the day

:26:54. > :26:57.on Thursday, but a quieter day, although probably the coldest day of

:26:58. > :27:00.the winter so far. The winds will be lighter than recent days, but it

:27:01. > :27:04.will be chilly and generally quite a cloudy day. Then we are looking

:27:05. > :27:08.ahead to Friday and Saturday with this next weather feature pushing in

:27:09. > :27:13.from the Atlantic courtesy of an area of low pressure and that could

:27:14. > :27:16.bring some significant amounts of rain, perhaps up to an inch through

:27:17. > :27:21.the course of Friday and through Saturday. A lot of weather warnings.

:27:22. > :27:24.Stay tuned to the website for the latest information. Rain warning

:27:25. > :27:29.overnight tonight and through the day tomorrow. An ice warning

:27:30. > :27:32.tomorrow and further rain warnings Friday and Saturday with thundery

:27:33. > :27:37.showers. Relentless! Thank you very much. A

:27:38. > :27:41.peak inside the facilities of Broadmoor. Join us tomorrow at 6.

:27:42. > :27:44.30. Good nights. Good night.
