:00:00. > :00:08.Hello, I'm Sally Taylor. Welcome to South Today. In tonight's programme:

:00:09. > :00:11.A second inquest begins into the military police officer found hanged

:00:12. > :00:15.in her barracks. Celebrating the return of her life

:00:16. > :00:26.savings ` the woman who was duped by conmen.

:00:27. > :00:29.And people are very in, and there is nothing worse than a clever

:00:30. > :00:32.criminal. Mike Hancock steps down from his

:00:33. > :00:36.senior council role, but did he jump before he was pushed?

:00:37. > :00:39.And ringing the changes ` the teenager who's breathing new life

:00:40. > :00:42.into an old favourite "We want some answers and we want some justice."

:00:43. > :00:45.The words of the sister of Anne`Marie Ellement as a second

:00:46. > :01:00.inquest into her death got underway today.

:01:01. > :01:03."We want some answers and we want some justice." The words of the

:01:04. > :01:07.sister of Anne`Marie Ellement as a second inquest into her death got

:01:08. > :01:10.underway today. She was a Royal Military Police officer who was

:01:11. > :01:14.found hanged at Bulford Barracks on Salisbury Plain in 2011. The

:01:15. > :01:19.30`year`old Corporal had alleged she was raped by two servicemen but no

:01:20. > :01:24.charges were brought against them. Let's join Laura Trant outside the

:01:25. > :01:37.Coroner's Court in Salisbury. Why is a second inquest taking place?

:01:38. > :01:40.Anne`Marie's family and civil liberty have fought for a second

:01:41. > :01:43.inquest. They were unsatisfied with the first one which was held here in

:01:44. > :01:48.March of 2012. The inquest today heard that Anne`Marie Ellement was a

:01:49. > :01:53.corporal in the military police. A career and confidence were shattered

:01:54. > :01:57.after she claimed she was raped by two colleagues. Those allegations

:01:58. > :02:02.were investigated by the Royal military police, but no charges were

:02:03. > :02:06.brought. That, we had today, devastated her.

:02:07. > :02:10.What have the family had to say at the hearing?

:02:11. > :02:15.We heard that Anne`Marie Ellement was signed off, she was posted to

:02:16. > :02:21.Bulford Barracks weary campaign of bullying followed her. Heard from

:02:22. > :02:24.her mother, Alexandra, she said that in the months before her daughter

:02:25. > :02:27.died she noticed how she had lost her spark. She said you was on

:02:28. > :02:32.antidepressants and was suffering from panic attacks. She said she

:02:33. > :02:39.even said of her daughter, " Miss me you will not do anything stupid. " .

:02:40. > :02:42.She was found dead three days after her 30th birthday.

:02:43. > :02:49.Colleagues have also given evidence.

:02:50. > :02:53.We heard from corporal Derek Bennett. He played in a band with

:02:54. > :02:59.Anne`Marie. He said that from his perspective, welfare was

:03:00. > :03:03.nonexistent. He said she was so down it was like she was broken. He said

:03:04. > :03:08.she was treated differently. When she made a mistake, she was punished

:03:09. > :03:12.more. A new military and police enquiries being lodged into the

:03:13. > :03:15.legendary. The inquest continues. A children's nursery in Basingstoke

:03:16. > :03:19.that was closed following the arrest of a former member of staff will

:03:20. > :03:22.re`open tomorrow. The 22`year`old woman had worked at the Busy Bees

:03:23. > :03:25.nursery in Hatch Warren. She's been questioned on suspicion of assault

:03:26. > :03:28.and released on bail until March. Ofsted says the nursery has taken

:03:29. > :03:35.appropriate action to ensure children are safe, and can re`open

:03:36. > :03:38.while investigations are completed. A woman who had her life savings

:03:39. > :03:41.stolen in a banking scam is celebrating after being told she'll

:03:42. > :03:44.get her money back. Jenny Parkinson from Christchurch lost nearly

:03:45. > :03:51.?70,000 after fraudsters duped her into transferring the funds to their

:03:52. > :03:57.account. Now a bank has agreed to refund her. James Ingham has the

:03:58. > :04:00.story. On air with good news ` Jenny

:04:01. > :04:04.Parkinson told BBC radio listeners this morning how she felt when she

:04:05. > :04:07.heard she'd get her money back. Her nightmare began in June last year

:04:08. > :04:11.when she received a phone call telling her suspicious activity had

:04:12. > :04:15.been spotted on her bank account. She was advised to call the number

:04:16. > :04:20.on the back of her bank card, which she did, but the scammers kept the

:04:21. > :04:23.line connected to them. Thinking she was talking to Santander, she

:04:24. > :04:29.authorised her total balance to be moved to a new account. It was in

:04:30. > :04:36.fact an account set up by the fraudsters with Barclays. They then

:04:37. > :04:42.quickly transferred the money on. These people who are operating are

:04:43. > :04:47.very clever. There is nothing worse than a clever criminal. They

:04:48. > :04:51.actually undermine your confidence, they increase the anxiety. We know

:04:52. > :04:53.the ways to do it. After complaining to the Financial

:04:54. > :04:56.Omudsman Service, Barclays has agreed to refund the money without

:04:57. > :05:00.accepting liability. Jenny is lucky ` most people don't get their cash

:05:01. > :05:09.back. And worryingly, more people are being taken in by constantly

:05:10. > :05:18.changing scams. Just last week, Hampshire police received six

:05:19. > :05:20.reports alone. People are receiving plausible calls from a man clinging

:05:21. > :05:25.to be from the police. One man handed over jewellery because he

:05:26. > :05:29.believed it was needed for fingerprint testing.

:05:30. > :05:33.As we get more used to using Internet or telephone banking, it

:05:34. > :05:37.makes sense to be more cautious just before pressing the button if you

:05:38. > :05:42.are making any long transfers or handing over information. The simple

:05:43. > :05:46.rule of thumb is, if somebody contacts you and asks you to prove

:05:47. > :05:51.who you are, do not give them your information. Jenny is celebrating

:05:52. > :05:55.her result, but she's far more cautious now and wants others to

:05:56. > :05:58.learn from her costly mistake. The embattled Portsmouth MP Mike

:05:59. > :06:01.Hancock has stepped down from the ruling cabinet of the city's

:06:02. > :06:06.council, hours before a meeting to consider sacking him. Mr Hancock has

:06:07. > :06:08.been under pressure since the conclusions of an inquiry into

:06:09. > :06:13.allegations of inappropriate sexual advances to a female constituent

:06:14. > :06:16.were leaked. Ten days ago councillors voted to back him, even

:06:17. > :06:19.though he'd been kicked out of the Liberal Democrat Party by leader

:06:20. > :06:27.Nick Clegg. Our political editor Peter Henley joins us now from

:06:28. > :06:32.Portsmouth. It was a jump before he was pushed,

:06:33. > :06:36.and he managed to grab a lifeline from Portsmouth Liberal Democrats on

:06:37. > :06:41.the way out. The now independent MP and councillor Mike Hancock struck a

:06:42. > :06:47.deal that is a stitch up, according to a former colleague, councillor

:06:48. > :06:51.Eleanor Scott, who resigned in protest against what she said was a

:06:52. > :06:56.culture of Machell bullying. The way I've been spoken to or to my

:06:57. > :07:00.face and behind my back has been atrocious. The things I've

:07:01. > :07:06.witnessed, the way staff have been treated by fellow Cabinet members

:07:07. > :07:13.has been a very un`edifying sight. I think some of the behaviour I have

:07:14. > :07:17.seen is beneath us all. But there is another side to this.

:07:18. > :07:21.In his resignation letter Mike Hancock apologises for what he says

:07:22. > :07:25.is this artist that this has become. Strongly denies the

:07:26. > :07:33.allegations and says, " I have always been a fighter for the city I

:07:34. > :07:36.love. " yet ministration has agreed he can continue to go to meetings

:07:37. > :07:41.and they will not stand against them in the May elections... Orders

:07:42. > :07:45.Eleanor Scott make of that? It is not acceptable to me, and I do

:07:46. > :07:47.not think it should be acceptable to the Liberal Democrat party. My

:07:48. > :07:52.party, we fight and we win elections, that is what we are about

:07:53. > :07:57.and what we have been good at. I don't want to say that stop. You can

:07:58. > :08:00.give an individual, no matter how much service they have given to a

:08:01. > :08:05.party or a city, you can't give them preferential treatment. Everybody

:08:06. > :08:10.has got to be treated equally. At national level people are very

:08:11. > :08:14.frustrated by this. They have ordered Mike Hancock to take Liberal

:08:15. > :08:26.Democrat references off his website, but after 42 years of political

:08:27. > :08:28.life, he will not go quietly. The stories of radicalised British

:08:29. > :08:31.Muslims supporting terrorist groups abroad have made headlines here.

:08:32. > :08:34.Ifthekar Jaman from Portsmouth was killed fighting in Syria for a group

:08:35. > :08:37.linked to Al`Qaeda. Samantha Lewthwaite is wanted in connection

:08:38. > :08:40.with the Kenynan shopping mall attack. Tonight's Inside Out speaks

:08:41. > :08:43.to muslims in the South ` including some recent converts ` who are

:08:44. > :08:45.dismayed at the news stories linking their religion with terrorism.

:08:46. > :08:51.Here's Jeremy Stern. From smiling schoolgirls to allege

:08:52. > :08:55.in terrorist. Ms Conrad Samantha Lewthwaite was married to a 7/7

:08:56. > :09:01.bomber. She is now suspected of plotting attacks in Africa, leaving

:09:02. > :09:06.behind and unwanted legacy. I was invited to this prayer group in

:09:07. > :09:10.Oxford. Many of the women here are British`born and have recently

:09:11. > :09:15.converted to Islam. When are stories about extremism in the media, what

:09:16. > :09:18.impact does that have your life eyes`mac I think it makes you feel

:09:19. > :09:23.that you need to justify the actions of those people, and what they've

:09:24. > :09:30.done, even though that is not what you stand for, it is not what you

:09:31. > :09:35.are about Anne does not represent Islam fairly.

:09:36. > :09:40.Ira member walking into college that day after Lee Rigby and everyone was

:09:41. > :09:47.looking at you. I felt ashamed that this is what Islam is being shown to

:09:48. > :09:51.be, and it is not the truth. It was quite emotionally difficult, that

:09:52. > :09:54.they. Samantha Lewthwaite has not been

:09:55. > :09:57.convicted of any crimes that is wanted by authorities in Kenny on

:09:58. > :10:02.terrorism charges. And there will be more on this on

:10:03. > :10:08.Inside Out, tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.

:10:09. > :10:10.Still to come in this evening's South Today: Goals galore as Reading

:10:11. > :10:23.Ladies lift the trophy defending their indoor hockey title in style.

:10:24. > :10:26.Three men accused of taking part in a fight that ended and another man

:10:27. > :10:30.was crushed death by a train have gone on trial. Ryan Harris and died

:10:31. > :10:35.at Guildford really station last March. He had been punched and sell

:10:36. > :10:40.from the platform under a departing train.

:10:41. > :10:45.It was after the end of a night out drinking in Guildford and Ryan

:10:46. > :10:50.Harrison was killed. A 20`year`old pleaded guilty to manslaughter in

:10:51. > :10:55.December. Today, the trial began of three other men accused of taking

:10:56. > :11:02.part in a fight immediately before Ryan Harrison's debt. The defendants

:11:03. > :11:09.are all 20 years old. Jack Harding, in any time, and Harry Miller in

:11:10. > :11:13.this it often Guildford. This man is from Hanley. All three are charged

:11:14. > :11:17.with affray. A court heard that Ryan Harrison and his friend and got on

:11:18. > :11:21.the train bound for walking is the defendants and their train were

:11:22. > :11:25.getting off. Both parties had been drinking. There were insults

:11:26. > :11:31.exchanged, a scuffle, some pushing and pulling. Ryan Harrison's friend

:11:32. > :11:34.Joe Parrish was called off the train onto the platform and dragged to the

:11:35. > :11:42.ground when he was punched and kicked. He thinks by three or four

:11:43. > :11:47.people. Various pieces of CCTV footage from cameras on the train

:11:48. > :11:50.and platform were played in court. Bella Vidic was played, the

:11:51. > :11:54.prosecution highlighted various moments when the train might have

:11:55. > :11:59.departed with Ryan Harrison and Joe Parrish unharmed. Moments when the

:12:00. > :12:04.fight could have been avoided, but wasn't. All the defendants denied

:12:05. > :12:15.the charges against them. Trial continues tomorrow.

:12:16. > :12:18.Five landowners in Ferran Hirst have written to the government refusing

:12:19. > :12:26.to allow drilling for oil or gas under the airline. Company has

:12:27. > :12:29.applied for rights to explore, opponents fear the site could be

:12:30. > :12:37.used for fracking in the future. Landowners say that any horizontal

:12:38. > :12:39.drilling will be trespass. Government is considering changing

:12:40. > :12:43.trespass law to make drilling under property easier for energy

:12:44. > :12:47.companies. Owners of some field next to the proposed Ferran Hirst site

:12:48. > :12:50.have written to the company and the energy secretary, refusing

:12:51. > :12:56.permission to drill under the airline. They describe this as

:12:57. > :12:59.illegal blockade. We informed the county will not give

:13:00. > :13:03.them permission to drill a and that should they get permission and seek

:13:04. > :13:07.our permission, we will not give it and will seek an injunction to make

:13:08. > :13:13.sure they abide by our wishes. It is entirely wrong. This is my

:13:14. > :13:15.land, I own everything underneath my feet and I don't want drilling

:13:16. > :13:19.without my permission and I will not get my permission.

:13:20. > :13:24.The exploratory well the drill horizontally from 900 feet, this

:13:25. > :13:27.would only be underlined that the company has leased to use.

:13:28. > :13:31.Landowners to the North and East have signed illegal blockade, but

:13:32. > :13:36.the biggest landowner with fields to the west and south has yet to

:13:37. > :13:40.declare his hand. The Department for energy and climate change told us

:13:41. > :13:42.that like any other industrial activity, oil and gas operations

:13:43. > :13:52.require access permission from landowners...

:13:53. > :13:58.The company says there are no plans at the moment to frack. The

:13:59. > :14:07.application will be decided later in the spring.

:14:08. > :14:10.A week after a heated meeting or a heated meeting over stopping places

:14:11. > :14:13.for travellers in full, the council has put an application for a

:14:14. > :14:17.temporary site in Creekmoor. The council decided to press ahead with

:14:18. > :14:21.the scheme, these temporary stopping places will allow police to move

:14:22. > :14:25.travellers from illegal catchments to sites like this one.

:14:26. > :14:28.Two of the region's airports have announced plans to change the way

:14:29. > :14:31.they deal with aircraft noise. At Gatwick more local residents will be

:14:32. > :14:35.entitled to grants to insulate their homes. And at Farnborough there will

:14:36. > :14:38.be new controls to the airspace as planes come and go. Our Transport

:14:39. > :14:43.Correspondent Paul Clifton is here. First of all, what's happening at

:14:44. > :14:46.Farnborough? Farnborough wants to change the way

:14:47. > :14:49.airspace is managed around the airport. It handles around 25,000

:14:50. > :14:55.aircraft movements a year but it has permission to double that in the

:14:56. > :15:00.next five years. It is a successful business aviation airport `

:15:01. > :15:02.corporate and private jets. As bigger airports like Heathrow and

:15:03. > :15:08.Gatwick squeeze out smaller aircraft, Farnborough sees a bright

:15:09. > :15:10.future for that market. The airport says these changes would improve

:15:11. > :15:17.efficiency and safety, reducing noise and CO2 emissions. It would

:15:18. > :15:20.also mean aircraft using the same routes more of the time, so a

:15:21. > :15:27.smaller group of people underneath would hear more noise more of the

:15:28. > :15:31.time. And the issue of noise has come up at Gatwick today as well? At

:15:32. > :15:33.Gatwick, changes to the way noise boundaries are measured will mean

:15:34. > :15:36.another 1,000 homes under the approaches can claim noise grants to

:15:37. > :15:40.buy double glazing and loft insulation. Gatwick reckons this is

:15:41. > :15:45.the most generous scheme of its kind. Others will see it as the

:15:46. > :15:48.latest step in the hearts and minds competition with Heathrow, as they

:15:49. > :15:57.are the two most likely locations for a new runway to be built.

:15:58. > :16:01.A ?53 million pound re`vamp of Gatwick Airport train station has

:16:02. > :16:05.been unveiled. After closing over Christmas for the work to be carried

:16:06. > :16:09.out, this morning a new platform and renovated concourse were revealed.

:16:10. > :16:12.Funded by Network Rail and Gatwick Airport, they hope the changes will

:16:13. > :16:17.make it easier for passengers to move around the station and improve

:16:18. > :16:24.the reliability of services. Sara Smith reports.

:16:25. > :16:30.It's not often that a train gets this sort of welcome. It so that

:16:31. > :16:35.this one marks the end of Gatwick's infamous bottleneck.

:16:36. > :16:38.Every regular commuter from Brighton or London will know the experience

:16:39. > :16:42.of sitting outside Gatwick Airport waiting for the train to cross. We

:16:43. > :16:47.have eradicated that, it will make the place more flexible and more

:16:48. > :16:50.resilient. We're very confident that people will see big improvement in

:16:51. > :16:56.performance. The station also caters for 30,000

:16:57. > :17:01.people a day using the airport. The upgrade cycle is not leading to

:17:02. > :17:04.heart hopes for expansion. It is an important part of our push

:17:05. > :17:09.for a second runway getting passengers to and from the airport

:17:10. > :17:13.in a sustainable way, and when it comes to real, not matches as in the

:17:14. > :17:17.country. Of the people who use the airport,

:17:18. > :17:20.14 million arrived relieved by train. It is the busiest airport in

:17:21. > :17:26.Britain with direct connections to 120 stations across south`east...

:17:27. > :17:34.This investment means the line should move more slowly, `` more

:17:35. > :17:39.efficiently, . It will bring much greater

:17:40. > :17:43.reliability on the line, and that is really needed.

:17:44. > :17:47.This has been a frustrating piece of line for the 10,000 commuters to use

:17:48. > :17:50.this route everyday. .biz that by getting rid of the bottleneck it

:17:51. > :18:08.will alleviate at least some of the delays they have suffered.

:18:09. > :18:11.Now for the sport: we had one of our key players in the other day looking

:18:12. > :18:16.forward to the finals, and the successful defence for Redding.

:18:17. > :18:20.Loads of goals. Reading put nine goals past Bowden

:18:21. > :18:23.Hightown in front of 6,000 fans at Wembley Arena. The team which boasts

:18:24. > :18:26.Olympians Helen and Kate Richardson Walsh, and Alex Danson, were too

:18:27. > :18:30.strong for their Cheshire opponents. They took the lead in the opening

:18:31. > :18:33.seconds of the match which set them on their way. Skipper Emma Thomas

:18:34. > :18:36.scored twice as the girls stormed to victory in front of their travelling

:18:37. > :18:42.fans. We've been there for years in a

:18:43. > :18:45.row. The first two years we came second. It was great to get back

:18:46. > :18:49.there and have the support of the brilliant crowd and when the title

:18:50. > :18:56.back. The whole crowd are massively supportive of what we do and proud

:18:57. > :18:59.of what we have done. Hopefully this can springboard us into picking up

:19:00. > :19:01.some big sponsors prepared to help us out in achieving what we're doing

:19:02. > :19:04.the moment. Reading's men's team were beaten

:19:05. > :19:07.though, they played out a thriller against Canterbury in the semi

:19:08. > :19:11.finals of their event only to lose 9`8. The match went from end to end,

:19:12. > :19:13.with Reading tieing the game at 5`all and 6`all, before Canterbury

:19:14. > :19:16.finally got away. Southampton closed the gap on

:19:17. > :19:20.Newcastle in eighth to just two points with a comfortable win at

:19:21. > :19:24.Fulham on Saturday courtesy of three second half goals. Adam Lallana had

:19:25. > :19:28.put them in front, Rickie Lambert slotted in the second, but the goal

:19:29. > :19:31.of the game came from Jay Rodriguez who scored an effortless third in

:19:32. > :19:36.front of a watching England boss Roy Hodgson.

:19:37. > :19:47.Here's the story of the football league weekend.

:19:48. > :19:50.Redding turned in a late bid for one of their players, and he has not

:19:51. > :19:56.taken his eye off the ball. This challenge set up the opener. Field

:19:57. > :20:00.matters may still be a concern for Royals fans, but on the field they

:20:01. > :20:06.are looking good bets for the play`offs. Looking dangerous from

:20:07. > :20:13.the set piece. The run high hopes from this new summer signing, three

:20:14. > :20:16.nil, and Redding are sixth. Good form for the players,

:20:17. > :20:20.consistency in team selection and performance, togetherness through

:20:21. > :20:24.the team, and everyone is enjoying it.

:20:25. > :20:28.Former Southampton boss had time to catch up with Laurie McMenemy on

:20:29. > :20:34.Saturday, but on the field now want to give up with his team. Another

:21:07. > :21:09.was postponed on Saturday. Snowboarders at the Winter Olympics

:21:10. > :21:13.have expressed safety concerns about the course in Sochi. It follows an

:21:14. > :21:16.injury to a Norwegian snowboarder earlier today. The boarders, who

:21:17. > :21:19.include medal hope Billy Morgan from Southampton, are expecting some

:21:20. > :21:26.alterations to be made to rails and jumps, but overall Billy was happy

:21:27. > :21:32.after his initial run today. It's just that the jumps were not

:21:33. > :21:36.rates properly, I think, so tomorrow it'll be nice and smooth and the

:21:37. > :21:41.jumps would be so intense hit, they will be nice and good and you can

:21:42. > :21:46.get down properly. But the course is fine, it will be really good when it

:21:47. > :21:49.is built. His qualifying is on Thursday, and

:21:50. > :21:51.then he hopefully goes to the finals on Saturday.

:21:52. > :21:54.Olympic rower Zac Purchase has announced his retirement today. The

:22:14. > :22:20.Tempting, isn't it? I wonder what he is going to do.

:22:21. > :22:24.Hugely fit, Rovers. The Super Bowl, dreadfully one`sided, dreadfully

:22:25. > :22:31.disappointing, New York. But what about this for a result, both of

:22:32. > :22:37.ladies 18, Aldershot ladies zero in a cup match. Well done ladies, but

:22:38. > :22:40.bad luck Aldershot, obviously. They're getting a bit thin on the

:22:41. > :22:44.ground but that doesn't mean they're not loved. I'm talking old phone

:22:45. > :22:48.boxes. Disused red boxes in the New Forest are getting a new lease of

:22:49. > :22:52.life thanks to a 15`year`old boy from Southampton.

:22:53. > :22:55.Dan Stickland has just completed the restoration of a phone box in the

:22:56. > :22:58.village of Bramshaw, transforming it into a community information kiosk

:22:59. > :23:10.and winning praise from grateful locals. Briony Leyland reports.

:23:11. > :23:15.In the pre`war years, demand for telephone kiosks was soaring. The

:23:16. > :23:22.students of the Post Office school were learning the art of had been

:23:23. > :23:26.drawn in 1937. As time has moved on, many kiosks have been removed or

:23:27. > :23:34.left to stand by. Mac but in the New Forest help at hand. 15`year`old Dan

:23:35. > :23:37.Strickland saw a dilapidated box on his walk through the area, and with

:23:38. > :23:41.his grandad set about transforming it into an information point

:23:42. > :23:45.complete with in library for villagers.

:23:46. > :23:49.It was very run down, there are cracks in the door. Just repainted,

:23:50. > :23:58.making it bright and how it used to be. It is something different

:23:59. > :24:03.something you don't see everyday. He is a hands`on guy. I'm extremely

:24:04. > :24:09.proud of him. Kids get a lot of bad press nowadays, Jimmy, he is a

:24:10. > :24:12.friend as well as my grandson. Any parish council can adopt a phone

:24:13. > :24:17.kiosk from BT. Projects range from grocery shops to art galleries...

:24:18. > :24:22.Damn's voluntary work has been warmly received.

:24:23. > :24:25.It must be good friend to see that his ideas have come to fruition. I

:24:26. > :24:30.would like other people to take the lead.

:24:31. > :24:34.Dan has more projects planned, as he has a mission of transforming not

:24:35. > :24:39.just phone boxes, but also people's perceptions of his generation.

:24:40. > :24:43.I thought it would be nice, because it proves that not all teenagers do

:24:44. > :24:52.bad things, we can do nice things as well. Now the weather: it was better

:24:53. > :24:55.today, wasn't it? Yes and that is due to the jet

:24:56. > :24:58.stream. Mark Milum took this photo of the

:24:59. > :25:01.large waves in Southsea in Hampshire. Dan Smith captured a

:25:02. > :25:05.graceful cygnet in Arundel in West Sussex. And Martin Jones took this

:25:06. > :25:12.picture of the high tide in Swanage at lunchtime.

:25:13. > :25:16.The rain can be quite heavy and times, we are looking at a band of

:25:17. > :25:21.rain tonight. It will move its way across the region. Some dry periods,

:25:22. > :25:25.but once it clears, the skies behind it will clear and temperatures will

:25:26. > :25:29.fall. We have a few showers getting in from the Channel. They can be

:25:30. > :25:33.heavy and thundery in the early hours of the morning. Temperatures

:25:34. > :25:37.down to three Celsius. Perhaps freezing in the countryside. The

:25:38. > :25:41.risk of ice on some untreated surfaces. Tomorrow morning will have

:25:42. > :25:44.some showers, but it will be drier in the afternoon. Sunny spells in

:25:45. > :25:50.the morning, perhaps thundery showers but he'll. They will ease, a

:25:51. > :25:55.a few bright spells in the afternoon with highs of nine Celsius. The

:25:56. > :25:59.thing we're looking at is the increasing wind strength. The Met

:26:00. > :26:07.office have issued the yellow warning. It starts up Wendy

:26:08. > :26:10.endorses. Deals are perhaps 70 mph, even it e`mails per on exposed

:26:11. > :26:16.coastal stretches. Inland wind gusts of 60 mph. The winds down towards

:26:17. > :26:20.the south`west, with the winds, heavy rain. Mac tomorrow night and

:26:21. > :26:25.through the night on Wednesday, there could be up to one inch of

:26:26. > :26:31.rain and that could cause some localised flooding. Tomorrow evening

:26:32. > :26:39.and overnight into Wednesday morning lows of 56 degrees. The winds stay

:26:40. > :26:44.strong through the day. The area of low pressure from the south`west,

:26:45. > :26:47.heavy rainfall also at times. And a weather warning remains in force

:26:48. > :26:55.through the day on Wednesday until midnight on Wednesday. Gusts on the

:26:56. > :26:59.south coast, inland gusts of up to 60 mph. That may bring a few trees

:27:00. > :27:03.down. Accommodation of high tides and strong winds could cause coastal

:27:04. > :27:07.flooding. Keep an eye on the situation. May be a repeat

:27:08. > :27:16.performance on Friday night into Saturday.

:27:17. > :27:57.That is your ceiling could hold. Banks were watching.

:27:58. > :27:58.Why are you staring at me? Just wonder how things grow and grow

:27:59. > :28:07.Why are you staring at me? Just wonder how things grow and grow

:28:08. > :28:09.Yeah, well, mummies and daddies do argue sometimes.

:28:10. > :28:14.Did you hear any other words? Pillock and another word.

:28:15. > :28:23.Can you please stop doing this OK, you can put me down.
