:01:46. > :01:50.water engulfing an electricity sub`station in Berkshire. It's one

:01:51. > :01:55.of a series of emergencies across the region caused by high water

:01:56. > :01:57.levels. This evening 200 Royal Navy personnel from Gosport are helping

:03:36. > :03:39.The council is already looking at what improvements could be made.
