:00:27. > :00:31.parish to county level, to swap ideas and discuss the impact of the

:00:32. > :00:34.recent floods. The county council wants to take the best ideas and

:00:35. > :00:47.suggestions and put them into practice. We have put ?400,000 in

:00:48. > :00:49.our budget to help with homd protection or flood schemes or

:00:50. > :00:55.anything else that the people in this room tell me would be ` good

:00:56. > :00:58.idea. I hope we will get thd best bang for our buck.

:01:02. > :01:03.have been meeting with families in Lower Earley near Reading to discuss

:01:04. > :01:07.how to tackle continuing problems with sewage. Effluent has overflowed

:01:08. > :01:15.three times in the last two months, pouring into gardens and under

:01:16. > :01:22.homes. For Graham's sons, the lawn in their

:01:23. > :01:26.home is currently out of botnds Sewage has leaked from their

:01:27. > :01:32.neighbourhood drains four thmes since Christmas and flooded into

:01:33. > :01:39.back gardens. The water is dirty. You can see that there is sddiment

:01:40. > :01:45.and stuff in the water, so ht is not pleasant and goes everywherd. When

:01:46. > :01:53.it drains away, all the scul sediment stays, so the garddns are

:03:03. > :03:05.Poole. The proposed sites, `t Creekmoor and Oakdale, have been

:03:06. > :03:08.widely opposed by local grotps. Poole Council says they need the

:03:09. > :03:10.sites so that they can tackle the problem of unauthorised enc`mpments

:03:11. > :03:13.in the area. Many schools in the South s`y that

:03:14. > :03:15.changes to free school meals are causing problems because thdy're

:03:16. > :03:19.struggling to find enough dhning space. All pupils at infant schools
