:00:49. > :00:52.visits are at least 30 minutes long. 60% of local authorities have been

:00:53. > :00:55.limiting the time spent to just 15 minutes. Next week, a Government

:00:56. > :01:01.bill preventing inappropriate short visits will be debated.

:01:02. > :01:05.It could be a real landmark piece of legislation, but it won't bd any use

:01:06. > :01:09.at all if it isn't backed up by some kind of sustainable funding that

:01:10. > :01:12.will make sure, year on year, we can pay for all those very important

:01:13. > :01:22.things that are set in the Care Bill about the importance of well`being,

:01:23. > :01:26.the importance of high`qualhty care. And you can see more on the work

:02:02. > :02:04.as Clare's Law ` has been brought in across England and Wales after being

:02:10. > :02:12.of attack. It is really important to prevent

:02:13. > :02:15.future victims of domestic `buse. We know that abusers move on in

:02:16. > :02:18.relationships, and they continue abusing, and this is a chance for

:02:19. > :02:22.someone who is having a new relationship to check out their

:02:34. > :02:37.opened the scoring away agahnst Crystal Palace. A short timd ago,

:02:38. > :02:40.the score at Selhurst Park remained 1`0.
