:00:38. > :00:41.Rico Dardis, who was 30 years old and a father, died on the Whitsun

:00:42. > :00:45.He had joined a boat trip from Christchurch together with

:01:29. > :01:45.a bug in Paul Gerlach's homd after they'd questioned him.

:01:46. > :01:48.Today Paul Gerlach said he had been telling lies to his wife.

:01:49. > :01:51.When asked why he said, I wanted to make myself look

:01:52. > :01:54.like this person couldn't do whatever he wanted to me.

:01:55. > :01:58.The prosecution claims another secret recording reveals
