:02:13. > :02:16.traffic. What made it more traumatic with the fact that seconds later we
:02:17. > :02:21.all knew that four people wdre dead, but the family of those who died
:02:22. > :02:26.have today connected with the police to make sure that the view hs put
:02:27. > :02:29.out for us all to see, and they hope that will cause a sea changd in how
:02:30. > :02:31.we handle phones while at the wheel. Hurtling towards destruction,
:02:32. > :02:32.video released by police in conjunction with the victims
:02:33. > :02:35.families shows Tomasz Kroker scrolling through his mobild phone
:02:36. > :02:37.playlist, his lorry closing rapidly Moments later, children Eth`n,
:02:38. > :02:47.Josh and Aimee were dead, together with the boy's
:02:48. > :02:51.mother, Tracy Houghton. Their car crushed to a third
:02:52. > :02:54.of its size, pushed In the moments Mr Kroker chose
:02:55. > :03:05.to look at his phone, he caused a multiple vehicld
:03:06. > :03:08.accident that endangered all surrounding road users `nd took
:03:09. > :03:13.the lives of Tracy, Ethan, To all intents and purposes,
:03:14. > :03:20.Mr Kroker's use of his mobile phone while driving turned his lorry
:03:21. > :03:25.into a lethal weapon. Video seen by the judge

:03:34. > :03:36.of the life, my kids being killed, but I think it was three wedks later

:03:45. > :03:46.was in tears after the crash but insisted his brakes had failed

:03:53. > :03:57.down, breaking his back. Using a phone while driving is not
:03:58. > :04:02.something minor or inconseqtential, I think it's probably the only good
:04:03. > :04:10.thing that will come out of this, it'll change public attitudds
