:00:23. > :00:32.Residents coming together in protest at a plan they believe

:00:33. > :00:41.At an existing waste facility site north of Horsham,

:00:42. > :00:45.Brittania Crest Recycling Limited propose to build a new recycling,

:00:46. > :00:48.recovery and renewable energy plant for commercial and industrial waste.

:00:49. > :00:53.The company said it would create jobs, provide enough electricity

:00:54. > :00:56.to power a small town and reduce both landfill and use

:00:57. > :01:03.It is the visual impact we are concerned about.

:01:04. > :01:07.A massive, ugly incinerator in amongst the countryside,

:01:08. > :01:11.it will be as big as Big Ben, so way above the tree

:01:12. > :01:15.canopy and the noise, because it is day and night

:01:16. > :01:17.operations, and obviously the HGV movement, which again contributes

:01:18. > :01:21.But I think the major concern is it will blight this area

:01:22. > :01:26.A local councillor says he is most concerned about emissions.

:01:27. > :01:30.I think there has not been enough research into the long-term

:01:31. > :01:32.implications of such systems yet to be clear.

:01:33. > :01:37.And Public Health England are producing report,

:01:38. > :01:40.hopefully in the spring, and I am wanting this to be deferred

:02:51. > :02:52.has seen an increase in veterans seeking help,

:02:55. > :02:57.for military sites where it could place the container homes.

:03:13. > :03:22.A 17-year-old boy has been arrested for attempted murder and grievous

:03:23. > :03:24.bodily harm after a stabbing in Bournemouth last night.
