:01:08. > :01:15.Last year, South Central Ambulance, which serves Hampshire,

:01:16. > :01:18.Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, became the first

:01:19. > :01:20.ambulance service to be rated good in England.

:01:24. > :01:27.other trusts make recruiting and retaining staff a big issue.

:01:28. > :01:33.Unfortunately, our ambulance crews are going out to call after call at

:01:34. > :01:40.Now, it's a stressful job and the more stress you are

:01:41. > :01:42.under, the more you are likely to think, well, maybe I should be

:01:43. > :01:46.It is a very pressurised environment, but what we

:01:47. > :01:49.hope to be able to do today is to attract

:01:50. > :01:53.despite those pressures, it really is a rewarding job and one that

:01:54. > :01:58.The trust sometimes calls on agencies to fill apps.

:01:59. > :02:00.Reducing those costs is one reason why
