:02:59. > :03:04.am deeply aware of the great history of this place and the 38th Dean of

:03:05. > :03:07.Winchester, which is a remarkable inheritance, and the cathedral today

:04:21. > :04:25.between one and three. Eat cold start to the day with plenty of

:04:26. > :04:30.clouds around and it could be wintry as well of higher ground but some

:04:31. > :04:35.breaks, the temperature reaching a maximum 5-6 with the easterly breeze

:04:36. > :04:38.taking the edge. Another cloudy day with outbreaks of rain but it looks

:05:30. > :05:35.a beautiful afternoon. That was the expectation for most. It's bleak out

:05:36. > :05:39.there. A mixture of rain and snow on the radar. You have to go a long way

:05:40. > :05:42.up the hills to find settling snow. Into the evening and temperatures

:05:43. > :05:46.begin to fall again, we could see some of the white stuff turning up

:05:47. > :05:50.again at lower levels across eastern Counties of England and quite a lot

:05:51. > :05:54.of snow piling up over the Pennines in particular on a brisk wind, it is

:05:55. > :05:59.going to feel cold wherever you are with temperatures hovering close to

:06:00. > :06:04.freezing. Tomorrow another raw feeling day.

:06:05. > :06:10.Further rain, sleet and snow. Most of the snow focussed over the Peaks
