:00:22. > :00:23.The as-yet-unexplained blast caused a block of flats to collapse

:00:24. > :00:26.in the Osney area of the city, and 40 homes were evacuated.

:00:27. > :00:35.Sifting through the rubble, this grim, painstaking job may

:00:36. > :00:38.reveal what caused the explosion that police believe killed this man

:00:39. > :00:44.- 48-year-old Guido Schuette, a tenant in one of the flats.

:00:45. > :00:47.The City Councillor for this part of Oxford said he had a background

:00:48. > :00:51.of mental health issues and contact with authorities.

:00:52. > :00:54.The police are very well aware of the person who it

:00:55. > :00:56.seems has been killed, of the threats that he was making

:00:57. > :00:59.before this, and of his medical history and so on.

:01:00. > :01:02.So a lot of questions will need to be asked.

:01:03. > :01:04.Thames Valley Police haven't responded to us today

:01:05. > :01:09.Their crime scene investigators and detectives are likely to be

:01:10. > :01:13.working behind these screens for some time.

:01:14. > :01:15.And as the clean-up and demolition gets underway,

:01:16. > :01:17.the housing association, which owns this site, is assessing

:01:18. > :01:24.Three flats were destroyed, and it's likely another five

:01:25. > :01:29.It is A2 Dominion that own these flats.

:01:30. > :01:31.And it's their job to look after their tenants.

:01:32. > :01:35.They must quickly try and see what stock they have available,

:01:36. > :01:37.and I hope that they can find something that will

:01:38. > :01:42.And it could be a permanent move, or it could perhaps be temporary.

:01:43. > :01:45.And if they do rebuild these flats and people want to come back

:01:46. > :01:48.to where they've always lived, then I hope they'll be able

:01:49. > :01:51.A2 Dominion is meeting residents tomorrow to discuss

:01:52. > :01:57.Those I spoke to today say this devastating blast has left

:01:58. > :02:01.many very traumatised, but keen to move on.

:03:35. > :03:37.for the Teenage Cancer Trust and cancer units for young adults

:03:38. > :03:40.He wasn't the person you'd find at the front or anything.

:03:41. > :03:43.He'd always be in the background, making things happen.

:03:44. > :03:44.But the nice thing is, since losing Vinnie,

:03:45. > :03:48.all his friends, people we don't even know, have come up to us

:03:49. > :03:49.and told us how he's affected their lives.

:03:50. > :03:52.We wanted to raise as much money as we possibly could.

:03:53. > :03:55.We set ourselves a target of ?50,000 to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

:03:56. > :03:58.This song is all about the troubles that you go through,

:03:59. > :04:09.and how one day at a time really is how you have to live life.
