:00:20. > :00:20.he deliberately killed Stephanie Turtle by driving

:00:21. > :00:28.Earlier I spoke to Mike Apps who's been following the story.

:00:29. > :00:31.Police were called to the home that the couple share in the early

:00:32. > :00:37.They found that Stephanie Turtle had been crushed beneath their car.

:00:38. > :00:39.A post-mortem examination carried out later that day found

:00:40. > :00:44.Her husband David was questioned by officers, who believed he had

:00:45. > :00:48.deliberately killed her, by driving over her.

:00:49. > :00:51.He told them that they had argued, but that her death

:00:52. > :00:57.Mr Turtle has now been placed under what's called judicial

:00:58. > :01:00.This means the prosecutor thinks there are serious

:01:01. > :01:04.grounds to suspect murder, but a magistrate will now

:01:05. > :01:07.investigate and decide whether or not he'll stand trial.

:01:08. > :01:09.In the meantime, Mr Turtle must report regularly

:01:10. > :01:15.What more do we know about the Turtles?

:01:16. > :01:18.Well, David was a councillor in Bournemouth for around a year

:01:19. > :01:21.until the couple moved to France last Summer.

:01:22. > :01:23.He represented the Kinson area of the town.

:01:24. > :01:26.Stephanie worked for Dorset County Council.

:01:27. > :01:29.But seeking a new life, the couple bought a property

:01:30. > :01:31.in Prayssac, in the Lot Valley, which they were doing up

:01:32. > :01:36.A blog which they produced online indicates that they were due

:01:37. > :01:39.to accept their first guests in July.

:01:40. > :01:43.Back home in Bournemouth, councillors have spoken

:01:44. > :01:48.highly of Mr Turtle, saying how very sad they were to

:01:49. > :01:56.Three police cars have been damaged in a high-speed chase on the M27.

:01:57. > :01:58.The eastbound section of the motorway between junctions 1

:01:59. > :02:01.and 2 was closed for most of the morning following the pursuit

:02:02. > :02:07.The 58-year-old driver was caught and arrested on suspicion

:02:08. > :02:09.of dangerous driving, failing to stop, and driving under

:02:10. > :02:18.Football, and 30,000 Oxford fans travelled

:02:19. > :02:21.to Wembley to see their team in the Checkatrade Trophy final

:02:22. > :02:25.They played Coventry City, and once more they went home disappointed.

:02:36. > :02:40.and they were strong favourites, about 30,000 supporters from Oxford
