:00:26. > :00:30.The council refused planning permission to build homes on land

:00:31. > :00:32.owned by the cathedral, which would have secured

:00:33. > :00:37.This morning worshippers celebrated amidst building

:00:38. > :00:42.The bishop says he remains anxious about future funding.

:00:43. > :00:44.Lawyers are now considering a new planning application or an appeal.

:00:45. > :00:51.Meanwhile, today's congregation remained optimistic.

:00:52. > :00:55.There is no doubt about it, the cathedral will be here for many

:00:56. > :00:59.All the scare stories about the cathedral are simply that

:01:00. > :01:05.The cathedral has been built for the future

:01:06. > :01:08.generations, as you can see from the building works inside.

:01:09. > :01:10.Lots of work is going on and hopefully everything will be

:01:18. > :01:24.Forensic investigators have been combing through the ashes

:01:25. > :01:27.of a stately home in Dorset after a serious blaze yesterday.

:01:28. > :01:31.The fire at Parnham House broke out early in the morning,

:01:32. > :01:35.causing "extensive damage" to the Elizabethan home.

:01:36. > :01:38.Dorset Police are treating the fire as suspicious and the area

:01:39. > :01:44.There's an appeal for anyone who saw any suspicious activity

:01:45. > :01:49.Members of the Sikh community gathered in central Southampton

:02:11. > :02:13.But a few sheep farmers have the added complication

:02:14. > :02:18.There's a small but growing number of sheep dairy farmers -

:02:19. > :02:24.Sheep's milk costs around ?4 per litre but claims health

:02:25. > :02:31.Sean Killick reports from one such farm in West Sussex.

:02:32. > :02:41.Forget the roast leg of lamb - how about a pint of sheep's milk?

:02:42. > :02:45.There are only 50 sheep dairies in Britain and most of their milk

:02:46. > :02:51.But this farm sells mainly bottled, pasteurised milk that is naturally

:02:52. > :02:54.homogenous, ordered online and posted out frozen.

:02:55. > :02:58.The majority of our customers are people who may struggle

:02:59. > :03:01.with other milks but find the digestibility of

:03:02. > :03:06.Certainly, I think there seems to be a growing trend

:03:07. > :03:12.And the other people that seem to gravitate towards sheep milk

:03:13. > :03:14.would be people that suffer from eczema and asthma

:03:15. > :03:19.The sheep here only produce milk seven months of the year

:03:20. > :03:21.and currently the family-run farm is busy milking and

:03:22. > :03:30.My bedroom is right next to them so if I hear a lot of noise,

:03:31. > :03:36.Not much sleep happens in the three weeks of lambing.

:03:37. > :03:39.We keep most of the girls because we take them

:03:40. > :03:45.A lot of the boys go to market or into the meat industry

:03:46. > :03:49.but they stay with us for a year so that we know they have

:03:50. > :03:51.had a nice, long life and they are outside.

:03:52. > :03:53.After their service of milking over the years,

:03:54. > :03:57.we retire them onto the farm in a very sentimental way.

:03:58. > :04:01.They keep their lambs and they have a happy

:04:02. > :04:11.But the key question is, does sheep's milk pass the taste test?

:04:12. > :04:13.Yeah, I've tried goat's milk before, which I never particularly liked,

:04:14. > :04:18.It actually is very creamy, it's like gold top dairy milk.

:04:19. > :04:29.Let's get the weather forecast now with Bee Tucker.

:04:30. > :04:32.Many of us did see quite a bit of sunshine today.

:04:33. > :04:35.It did tend to cloud over from the north into the afternoon.

:04:36. > :04:38.But we had a lot of blue sky initially and despite the wind,

:04:39. > :04:42.I think if you had a bit of shelter, it did feel fairly

:04:43. > :04:45.And we have a lot of cloud out there at the moment.

:04:46. > :04:48.It is giving some rain and it will tend to be cloudy

:04:49. > :04:52.The winds finally easing, though, and no problems with temperatures,

:04:53. > :04:57.That does mean tomorrow has quite a grey, damp start to the day

:04:58. > :05:00.with some light rain and drizzle on and off through the morning.

:05:01. > :05:03.I think it will tend to brighten up, we should see some decent

:05:04. > :05:07.Quite a few showers starting to feed in and with lighter winds,

:05:08. > :05:09.they could be slow-moving and on the heavy side.

:05:10. > :05:12.Many of us seeing some sunshine, though, and one or two spots

:05:13. > :05:15.After tomorrow, largely dry for the rest of the week.

:05:16. > :05:19.I think by day we will see plenty of sunshine but by night it will be

:05:20. > :05:23.And finally, a strange sight on Bournemouth

:05:24. > :05:28.Around 50 men in high heels attempted to walk from Boscombe Pier

:05:29. > :05:31.They were raising funds for Over the Rainbow,

:05:32. > :05:36.an organisation which supports the LGBT community in Dorset.

:05:37. > :05:41.Budget cuts mean it may lose the lease on its premises.

:05:42. > :05:44.The men, who were accompanied by dozens of supporters,

:05:45. > :05:46.managed to complete their one and a half mile totter
