:00:19. > :00:25.a fire in the kitchens. 20 firefighters tackled it. No one was

:00:25. > :00:32.injured. The fire broke out at ten Saint Ives

:00:32. > :00:38.just after midday. It is thought to have started in the kitchen of the

:00:38. > :00:42.cafe. Staff were quick to evacuate. We had 250-300 people in the

:00:42. > :00:48.building so it was a concern. I was pleased with the staff acres they

:00:48. > :00:54.very quickly evacuated. The fire brigade came on-site quickly.

:01:46. > :01:52.A 30-year-old woman from Yeovil was killed at the weekend after driving

:02:00. > :02:04.busy but traffic was at least moving. It had been closed for the

:02:36. > :02:40.way. Today her parents paid tribute to their daughter, calling her a

:02:40. > :02:44.lovely mother to her five children, and saying she will be sorely missed

:02:44. > :02:49.why her brother and sisters. Meanwhile, a leading motoring

:02:49. > :02:53.organisation has said that more should be done to stop accidents
