:00:00. > :00:12.Good evening. significant -- end of the season.

:00:13. > :00:16.Good evening. A police investigation's under way

:00:17. > :00:18.after a body was found by a member of the public in Liskeard in

:00:19. > :00:23.Cornwall. It was discovered yesterday afternoon at around 3pm on

:00:24. > :00:27.Lake Lane. The man's body has been identified and his death is being

:00:28. > :00:32.treated as unexplained. Next of kin have been informed and a postmortem

:00:33. > :00:36.examination has been carried out. Meanwhile, a man's body has been

:00:37. > :00:40.recovered from the River Exe in the centre of Exeter. It was discovered

:00:41. > :00:43.by a member of the public just after 10am this morning. Police have

:00:44. > :00:46.identified the body as a 56`year`old local man and are not treating his

:00:47. > :00:52.death as suspicious. Next of kin have been informed and

:00:53. > :00:55.investigations continue. Specialist nurses are taking part in

:00:56. > :00:59.a new police scheme to support officers dealing with people with

:01:00. > :01:04.mental health issues. The year`long pilot called Street Triage is a

:01:05. > :01:07.night time service. Specialist nurses are based in control rooms to

:01:08. > :01:11.give advice direct to officers on patrol. If officers are called out

:01:12. > :01:16.to an incident, nurses can go along to provide on`the`spot advice.

:01:17. > :01:19.For example, if there were concerns because a person is missing, we

:01:20. > :01:22.might be able to look into our system and find information that is

:01:23. > :01:29.specifically relevant to that person, and where they may be at

:01:30. > :01:33.that current time. Energy bills in the south west

:01:34. > :01:39.should be ?15 a year lower, after a tax on burning carbon was frozen in

:01:40. > :01:41.this week's Budget. George Osborne insists the Government's commitment

:01:42. > :01:46.to support green energy remains unchanged. But some say the move is

:01:47. > :01:51.another nail in the coffin for the renewable energy industry.

:01:52. > :01:53.We think it's a bad message for investors because there is a

:01:54. > :01:56.long`term framework that was supposedly stable and robust, and

:01:57. > :01:59.George Osborne has basically changed it at the first sign of trouble.

:02:00. > :02:02.That doesn't give a long`term strong message to investors that low carbon

:02:03. > :02:07.investment and generation is a place to put their money.

:02:08. > :02:13.And there's more on that story in the Sunday Politics tomorrow morning

:02:14. > :02:15.from 11am here on BBC One. The community of St Cleer in

:02:16. > :02:19.Cornwall have been remembering the fallen from the First World War. A

:02:20. > :02:23.sapling from an ancient Cornish oak tree was planted to replace a tree

:02:24. > :02:28.blown down by the recent storms. Johnny Rutherford was there.

:02:29. > :02:30.It was a large gathering at St Cleer, as the Royal British Legion

:02:31. > :02:36.and 20 local organisations remembered the war of 100 years ago.

:02:37. > :02:39.The recent storms have brought down a large beech tree, so it seemed

:02:40. > :02:45.fitting to honour those in the First World War by planting a special oak

:02:46. > :02:48.sapling, and dedicating it to them. What made it special was that the

:02:49. > :02:55.acorn was collected from the Darley Oak ` a local tree which is reputed

:02:56. > :03:00.to be over 1000 years old. It really is a rather special little tree.

:03:01. > :03:03.Thousands of poppy seeds were also laid around the edge of the church

:03:04. > :03:05.grounds ` the Brownies learning about the significance of the

:03:06. > :03:08.flower. During the First World War, there

:03:09. > :03:15.were loads of bombs and hardly any plants, and one day the army people

:03:16. > :03:18.saw a poppy starting to grow. Let's hope that the oak tree will

:03:19. > :03:29.grow old enough to be around for World War I's 200 year anniversary.

:03:30. > :03:36.Onto football, and in the Championship: Yeovil led Bolton 2`0

:03:37. > :03:39.at the break at Huish Park, but had to settle for a point after two

:03:40. > :03:42.second`half goals from the visitors. In League Two, Plymouth Argyle

:03:43. > :03:45.slipped out of the play`off places as they were held to a 1`1 draw at

:03:46. > :03:48.Accrington Stanley. Exeter City secured their first home win in more

:03:49. > :03:49.than five months as promotion`chasing Fleetwood were

:03:50. > :03:53.beaten 3`0. Torquay United's relegation fears mounted as they

:03:54. > :03:54.were beaten 1`0 at home by Newport County.

:03:55. > :04:02.Onto rugby, and in the Championship: Plymouth Albion were thrashed 45 `

:04:03. > :04:04.ten at the Rotherham Titans. Last night, Jersey's relegation fears

:04:05. > :04:07.increased as they were beaten 25`23 at the bottom side Ealing.

:04:08. > :04:10.Meanwhile, Exeter Chiefs and the Cornish Pirates both play tomorrow.

:04:11. > :04:15.Let's take a look at the weather now with Elizabeth Rizzini.

:04:16. > :04:20.Good evening. It's a weekend of sunshine and showers, and there have

:04:21. > :04:23.been plenty of showers around today, and they are likely to rumble on for

:04:24. > :04:27.most of this evening, too, possibly turning a bit wintry over the high

:04:28. > :04:30.ground at times. The showers are continuing to come in on this

:04:31. > :04:33.westerly breeze. Watch out for some icy stretches into tomorrow morning,

:04:34. > :04:36.and possibly even a touch of rural frost. These will be the overnight

:04:37. > :04:39.lows. The wind is gradually going to shift around to be a bit more

:04:40. > :04:42.north`westerly as we head into tomorrow morning, so the focus of

:04:43. > :04:46.the showers tomorrow is going to change. They will mostly be confined

:04:47. > :04:49.to Easter in areas ` the Channel Islands getting away with a mostly

:04:50. > :04:51.dry day. Sunny spells just about everywhere. Top temperatures up to

:04:52. > :04:55.nine possibly ten degrees, but we are going to see a rather cold night

:04:56. > :05:00.on Sunday into the start of the working week.

:05:01. > :05:04.That's all from Spotlight this afternoon, the next update is at

:05:05. > :05:23.6.50pm tomorrow evening. Have a good weekend.

:05:24. > :05:35.The Wind a lot showers around at the moment, still hale and thunder too.

:05:36. > :05:39.As we turn the wind north-westerly, these areas will bear the brunt of

:05:40. > :05:46.the showers overnight. A chilly night, a touch of frost in rural

:05:47. > :05:52.areas. A few showers first thing. Sunshine too. Cloud will bubble up

:05:53. > :05:53.and showers will develop in England and Wales. The main
