:00:11. > :00:15.Good afternoon. A police investigation is under way after a

:00:16. > :00:17.body was found by a member of the public in Liskeard. It was

:00:18. > :00:21.discovered yesterday afternoon at around 3pm on Lake Lane. The body is

:00:22. > :00:24.yet to be identified and the death is being treated as unexplained. A

:00:25. > :00:25.postmortem examination is being carried out today and efforts are

:00:26. > :00:35.continuing to find next of kin. A body has been recovered from the

:00:36. > :00:38.River Exe in the centre of Exeter. Devon and Cornwall Police say they

:00:39. > :00:40.were called to the scene just after ten o'clock this morning.

:00:41. > :00:43.Investigations are under way. Specialist nurses are taking part in

:00:44. > :00:46.a new police scheme to support officers dealing with people who

:00:47. > :00:49.have mental health issues. The year`long pilot called Street Triage

:00:50. > :00:52.is a night`time service. Specialist nurses are based in control rooms to

:00:53. > :00:56.give advice direct to officers on patrol. If officers are called out

:00:57. > :01:07.to an incident, nurses can go along to provide on`the`spot advice. If

:01:08. > :01:12.there were concerns because a person was missing, we might be able to go

:01:13. > :01:14.into our clinical system and find information relevant to that person

:01:15. > :01:23.and where they may be at that time. Energy bills in the south west

:01:24. > :01:26.should be ?15 a year lower after a tax on burning carbon was frozen in

:01:27. > :01:28.this week's Budget. George Osborne insists the Government's commitment

:01:29. > :01:31.to support green energy remains unchanged, but some say the move is

:01:32. > :01:41.another nail in the coffin for the renewable energy industry.

:01:42. > :01:46.It is a bad message for investors because the long`term framework was

:01:47. > :01:50.robust, supposedly, and George Osborne has changed it at the first

:01:51. > :01:56.sign of trouble so that does not give a message that low`carbon

:01:57. > :01:59.energy is good value for money. And there's more on that story in

:02:00. > :02:02.the Sunday Politics tomorrow morning from 11 here on BBC One.

:02:03. > :02:05.The final resting place of the last King of Cornwall, or parts of a

:02:06. > :02:08.Saxon Church? That's what archaeologists are hoping to find

:02:09. > :02:10.beneath the surface at St Germans Priory in south east Cornwall.

:02:11. > :02:16.They've been using ground penetrating radar to investigate the

:02:17. > :02:23.ancient site. We may possibly even find a tomb or

:02:24. > :02:28.two beneath the floor after the revelations of Richard III. Who

:02:29. > :02:33.knows? We may find the remains of the last King of Cornwall. Nobody

:02:34. > :02:36.knows where he is buried. There are big games today for all

:02:37. > :02:39.our football clubs. In the Championship, Yeovil are back at

:02:40. > :02:42.Huish Park against Bolton Wanderers and in League Two, Exeter City are

:02:43. > :02:44.chasing a first home win since October. Bottom of the league

:02:45. > :02:46.Torquay United are looking for back`to`back wins when they

:02:47. > :02:49.entertain Newport County at Plainmoor. At the other end of the

:02:50. > :02:52.table, Plymouth Argyle's midweek win moved them into a play`off place and

:02:53. > :02:56.they continue their promotion push with a trip to Accrington Stanley.

:02:57. > :03:02.Let's take a look at the weather now here's Elizabeth Rizzini.

:03:03. > :03:10.Good afternoon. A weekend of sunshine and showers, some heavy

:03:11. > :03:14.showers at times for the Isles of Scilly. Some showers could be wintry

:03:15. > :03:26.over the tops of the Moors perhaps. Temperatures are below average for

:03:27. > :03:31.this time of year. Showers rambling by this evening and you will want to

:03:32. > :03:37.watch out for a touch of Rowell frost tomorrow morning and icy

:03:38. > :03:40.patches. The focus of the showers will change tomorrow morning so we

:03:41. > :03:49.will see a drier day with more in the way of sunshine. We are still in

:03:50. > :03:52.rather chilly air so highs of only nine Celsius.

:03:53. > :03:54.That's all from the lunchtime news. I'll be back with the next update at

:03:55. > :04:12.5.20. Bye`bye. Hello. The weekend started with

:04:13. > :04:16.snowcapped hills and blue sky. Since then, more clout has built and the

:04:17. > :04:24.showers have broken out widely. Some heavy downpours and hell stones. --

:04:25. > :04:28.he'll stones. This is all part and parcel of the colder weather

:04:29. > :04:35.weekend. There is a wintry flavour to the showers. It is snow we and

:04:36. > :04:39.there are frosty and icy nights. Over recent hours, you can see the

:04:40. > :04:44.cloud has built up as the showers have developed. There are organised

:04:45. > :04:48.showers moving east across England over the next two hours, and there

:04:49. > :04:50.will be thunder with this and maybe snow over the Northern Pennines. The

:04:51. > :04:52.higher up you
