:02:35. > :02:40.The worst ever flooding. No one wants to see a repeat of
:02:41. > :02:44.this. The County Council is spending ?4 million here in proving `n
:02:45. > :02:50.artificial drainage channel. It was built in the early 1970s, btt was
:02:51. > :02:54.overwhelmed by this year's floods. One of the problems this ye`r was
:02:55. > :03:02.that the road behind me actdd as a dam, trapping water.
:03:03. > :03:07.They plan to raise the level of the road, and increase the size of the
:03:08. > :03:14.covered from the water flows a lot quicker. They say that. Flooding in
:03:15. > :03:19.the village. It's also good news for the village of Muchelney. It was
:03:20. > :03:25.marooned for months. Every road was underwater. Now, ?1 million is to be
:03:26. > :03:30.spent raising the level of one of those roads so the villagers want be
:03:31. > :03:38.completely cut off again. Hopefully. This are you happy today?

:04:46. > :04:49.get inside a Devon pub which has been gutted in a major fire. Up to
:04:50. > :04:52.70 fire fighters were called to the Twyford Inn in Tiverton earlier

:13:25. > :13:27.out offshore ` that will last three to five years. Beyond that, you have

:13:40. > :13:42.opportunities from the creation of a wind farm between here and the Isle
:13:43. > :13:44.of Wight, but what about thd impact on the environment?

:13:51. > :13:54.from all of those turbines. The key to this is the environmental
