:16:20. > :16:26.And disabled people are mord likely to stay in jobs for longer

:16:27. > :16:30.because they find it so hard to find an alternative job.

:16:34. > :16:41.I think there's plenty of work out there in Cornwall, and around,

:16:42. > :16:46.I think employers just need to be positive

:16:47. > :16:51.With the help of a charity called Fixers, he has designed

:16:52. > :16:55.a leaflet which highlights the benefits of hiring disabled people.
