:00:15. > :00:18.The blaze broke out in St Austell yesterday evening.

:00:22. > :00:26.The fire broke out on the ninth floor of this block of flats.

:00:27. > :00:29.Exactly two floors below where resident Steph Diamond was

:00:30. > :00:35.Once I opened that window I could see black smoke.

:00:36. > :00:38.I went to the front door, because there were people out there.

:00:39. > :00:41.I opened the door and thought, "yeah, panic time", you know?

:00:42. > :00:43.Steph says she and her grandchildren were forced to flee with nothing.

:02:03. > :02:06.and pay tribute tribute to Nicole, and they were true to their word.
