:05:48. > :05:57.repairs which will cost ?750 million to reappear. The back roads are
:05:58. > :06:09.appalling. It is lumps and bumps and it is knocking the hell out of my
:06:10. > :06:14.car. At ?53 to patch up a pothole, the government argues that the 21
:06:15. > :06:19.million given to local councils around the south`west should mean
:06:20. > :06:31.thousands of potholes getting filled them, but there is concern that
