:01:12. > :01:14.and brings in around ?30 million But winds blew down tents and
:01:15. > :01:21.rain left campsites waterlogged. Organisers felt it was too

:01:38. > :01:40.out of business. The final day of the Boardmasters festival, which
:01:41. > :01:47.should have been yesterday, cancelled. Today the Lee Rigby was
:01:48. > :01:51.well under way and those who had stayed on despite the conditions
:01:52. > :01:57.were wet, dirty and do it but have made the best of it. We sort of made

:02:09. > :02:14.Newquay, came back, loads of tents lying around, so we got empty water
:02:15. > :02:20.cannons and started running away. We had a laugh. The organisers say that
:02:21. > :02:24.safety was of absolute priority. A festival spokesperson told the BBC
:02:25. > :02:29.that part of the big top tent had collapsed on Sunday morning. Before
:02:30. > :02:32.the arena was open, that was, and nobody was hurt. Today the PR

:02:38. > :02:42.issues with the Maverick stage, one of the smaller tents in the arena.
:02:43. > :02:46.But for some local businesses, an unexpected boost. The visitors
:02:47. > :02:51.provide a boost in business every year and although the festival was
:02:52. > :02:57.cancelled, the people and therefore the trade were already here. More
:02:58. > :03:02.people, I guess, people not being at the festival and they were in the
:03:03. > :03:07.pubs and businesses. In general, how important festivals like this? 100%
:03:08. > :03:12.important. Things like these makers and give us a chance to keep people
:03:13. > :03:17.employed. It was disappointing for the who had hoped to play. The
:03:18. > :03:34.headline is said... Today organisers said that safety
:03:35. > :03:37.had to be the primary concern. The director of Boardmasters said people
:03:38. > :03:43.had been given refunds in proportion to the type and dredging of the
:03:44. > :03:47.ticket they had bought. It is obviously devastating for us and
:03:48. > :03:54.devastating for the people who have come to see the headline last night.
:03:55. > :03:56.Boardmasters are asking people to keep checking their website for the
:03:57. > :04:03.latest refund information. Rural crime in Devon and Cornwall
:04:04. > :04:06.is up by more than a third. The latest figures from a UK`wide

:05:14. > :05:17.being hit hard with criminal gangs shifting their attention from other
:05:18. > :05:21.areas to the West Country. The big concern is we are seeing a lot of

:05:26. > :05:31.whisked across the Channel, sell it on in Eastern Europe, or if they are

:06:42. > :06:47.was still refereeing top`flight rugby matches, including teams like
:06:48. > :06:52.Bath, Gloucester, and the Exeter Chiefs. For each of these games he
