:02:15. > :02:18.price wars in the supermarkdts. Dairy Crest have announced today
:02:19. > :02:24.that another factory in London will close with the loss of more than 200
:02:25. > :02:31.jobs. For people living close to the dairy it is a shock but not all bad
:02:32. > :02:38.news. It is sad because we have 60 local people working here, but we do
:02:39. > :02:43.hear that the actual site h`s to be converted to a greenfield shte, so
:02:44. > :02:46.we are not too unhappy about that. There will be less lorries which
:02:47. > :02:51.will be nice but the people who have worked here for this time... But it
:02:52. > :02:59.has not been financially vi`ble for some time. In Cornwall, Davd ``
:03:00. > :03:03.Dairy Crest invested in a creamery, the company said that was bdcause it
:03:04. > :03:18.was of rising sales of its cathedral city cheese. Although a depot was
:03:19. > :03:23.shut with the lost of 60 jobs, Muller says it has made major
:03:24. > :03:29.investment in Bridgwater. In Chard locals feared the impact wotld the
:03:30. > :03:34.town hard. I have lived in the village where the factory is all my
:03:35. > :03:42.life and it is a shame it is closing down. It will really hit thd local
:03:43. > :03:48.economy. It is the role on shock to the businesses. Nobody from Dairy
:03:49. > :03:51.Crest was unavailable for an interview but they said in `
:03:52. > :03:58.statement that they did not take this lightly. They say each worker
:03:59. > :04:02.has done their bit to make the plant viable but in the long term they
:04:03. > :04:03.need to make the decision to close the factory in the second h`lf of
:04:04. > :04:17.next year. The founder of Shelterbox h`s
:04:18. > :04:24.appeared at the Old Bailey `ccused of three counts of fraud by abuse of
:04:25. > :04:29.position. This was the first time that Tom
:04:30. > :04:34.Henderson, on the left, and his son John, had appeared before a judge.
:04:35. > :04:41.On the first charge the two are related to have conspired to commit
:04:42. > :04:44.fraud over a five`year period from 2007. A second similar charge
:04:45. > :04:52.involves an alleged conspir`cy between them and the Aaron Jarvis
:04:53. > :04:58.between 2010 and 2012. `` D`rren. Tom Henderson has been accused of a
:04:59. > :05:03.third count of fraud involvhng misuse of a credit card. Thd fourth

:05:15. > :05:21.defendants only spoke to confirm their names. None entered any plea.
