:00:28. > :00:33.The entire site will now go for high-end housing,

:00:34. > :00:36.after the developers argued affordable units would

:00:37. > :00:46.Cells designed to confine but soon an address to impress.

:00:47. > :00:49.There will be 60 apartments in the old prison plus 125

:00:50. > :01:00.No affordable homes will be on offer.

:01:01. > :01:03.It's all very well having wealthy, retirees coming here,

:01:04. > :01:06.or wealthy families moving in, that's great.

:01:07. > :01:14.Where is the provision for local people?

:01:15. > :01:17.Developers plan to renovate the old Victorian prison,

:01:18. > :01:22.They've successfully argued that including affordable housing

:01:23. > :01:28.West Dorset Council usually insists on 35% affordable homes.

:01:29. > :01:34.Developers can negotiate that down but no allocation is very unusual.

:01:35. > :01:36.So what does the council have to say to local people

:01:37. > :01:41.We would have loved to have seen affordable homes on the site.

:01:42. > :01:44.We are trying our hardest to put forward more homes and affordable

:01:45. > :01:49.As part of our policy, we are doing everything

:01:50. > :01:54.I think there should be affordable housing for the young people.

:01:55. > :01:57.I mean, they are never going to get on the ladder,

:01:58. > :02:00.You get a lot of people now from other places

:02:01. > :02:03.and they are buying just to rent out and they don't give

:02:04. > :02:08.Quite disappointing, I think, because you've got to have

:02:09. > :02:10.affordable housing for local people because otherwise they are not going

:02:11. > :02:13.to be able to live in the locality, especially young people.

:02:14. > :02:36.Regeneration begins now but not without controversy.

:02:37. > :02:43.A man from Cornwall has given up his right to anonymity to tell

:02:44. > :02:47.Spotlight how he was drugged and abused as a child.

:02:48. > :02:49.In his moving account, which you may find upsetting,

:02:50. > :02:53.Justin Stubbings describes how he was injected with a drug

:02:54. > :02:56.which left him unable to move whilst he was a patient

:02:57. > :03:03.So far almost 100 people have contacted the police to say

:03:04. > :03:09.they were also abused as children at Aston Hall in Derbyshire.

:03:10. > :03:11.Justin Stubbings lives a quiet life in Cornwall

:03:12. > :03:18.Back in the '60s he was a patient at a psychiatric hospital,

:03:19. > :03:21.Aston Hall in Derbyshire, after he had attempted

:03:22. > :03:28.The superintendent psychiatrist at Aston Hall was Dr Kenneth Milner.

:03:29. > :03:31.One night Justin Stubbings says he was taken to a small padded room

:03:32. > :03:38.He injected me in this arm with what I now know is sodium

:03:39. > :03:43.amytal, then he injected me in the other arm with something else

:03:44. > :03:52.And then placed a pad over my face and dropped ether underneath my nose

:03:53. > :03:58.and then I fell backwards into sort of semiconsciousness.

:03:59. > :04:02.He said I'm going to take you back to your childhood.

:04:03. > :04:05.He would take me back to a memory where my brother

:04:06. > :04:12.And I was screaming and rolling about and trying to stop this

:04:13. > :04:14.from hitting me and I can remember that vividly.

:04:15. > :04:17.Did it feel like you were being hit at the time?

:04:18. > :04:22.And I can remember putting my hands behind me to try and stop

:04:23. > :04:27.When he woke up he says he found his hands had been tied

:04:28. > :04:31.Medical records show that Justin Stubbings had been

:04:32. > :04:35.injected with sodium amytal, described as a truth drug,

:04:36. > :04:38.but even then there were concerns about this treatment and it had

:04:39. > :04:44.The police in Derbyshire have now interviewed almost 100 people

:04:45. > :04:47.who say they were illicitly drugged and abused as children

:04:48. > :04:52.They say they are now reviewing hospital records and seeking

:04:53. > :04:56.Dr Kenneth Milner, who had no training as a children's

:04:57. > :05:02.psychiatrist, worked at Aston Hall for almost 30 years before he died.

:05:03. > :05:04.Justin Stubbings says he hopes that by talking openly

:05:05. > :05:06.about his experience he will encourage

:05:07. > :05:15.Leyton Orient captain Liam Kelly has been given a six-game ban

:05:16. > :05:20.after he was charged with violent conduct by the FA during a match

:05:21. > :05:25.It relates to an incident at Home Park on Tuesday night where

:05:26. > :05:29.a ball boy was pushed to the ground in front of the away end.

:05:30. > :05:33.The 27-year-old midfielder had denied the charge.

:05:34. > :05:36.The parents of a terminally ill boy from Devon have thanked a benefactor

:05:37. > :05:40.who funded a specially adapted car to allow him to travel

:05:41. > :05:46.He has Tay-Sachs disease which means he can't move and suffers seizures.

:05:47. > :05:49.His parents didn't qualify for help under the Disability Living

:05:50. > :05:52.Allowance because Stanley is under three years old.

:05:53. > :05:56.Well, after we featured their story, an anonymous benefactor and a local

:06:20. > :06:22.Hopefully some bright spells to be had and mostly it's dry as well.

:06:23. > :06:26.We have got high pressure in charge but we've also got some weak weather

:06:27. > :06:30.That could bring a little bit of rain but it is more likely

:06:31. > :06:34.And, indeed, we could see a few showery outbreaks of rain tonight

:06:35. > :06:39.I think the bulk of the night is dry but the risk of some low cloud,

:06:40. > :06:41.mist and fog patches, though underneath that cloud it

:06:42. > :06:44.should be fairly mild with lows down to seven or eight degrees.

:06:45. > :06:46.Into tomorrow morning, a murky start perhaps.

:06:47. > :06:49.In general, quite cloudy for tomorrow but I think some bright

:06:50. > :06:51.spells is certainly a possibility, perhaps to the north of high ground

:06:52. > :06:53.the best chance of seeing those bright spells.

:06:54. > :06:56.A couple of showers here and there, perhaps moreso along the north

:06:57. > :06:59.coast later on in the day and it is milder, temperatures

:07:00. > :07:01.easily getting into double figures, possibly 12 or 13 degrees.

:07:02. > :07:04.Similar into Sunday maybe little rain around first thing.

:07:05. > :07:06.Generally a dry day, some bright spells perhaps

:07:07. > :07:12.Again we hang onto this mild feel so where we do get some sunshine it
