:01:01. > :01:03.to take her out of the country, basically, to either
:01:04. > :01:17.But even then, they haven't said there is a unit there or any help
:01:18. > :01:21.there that will be any different to what is offered where she is now.
:01:22. > :01:25.Over the years, we have heard from several families whose children
:01:26. > :01:27.have been sent for treatment hundreds of miles away,
:01:28. > :01:29.whether to Norfolk, Buckinghamshire or Kent.
:01:30. > :01:30.Nearly two years ago, the Government acknowledged
:01:31. > :01:32.the system was totally dysfunctional and pledged more than ?1
:01:33. > :01:48.The Prime Minister has pledged to stop the practice of sending
:01:49. > :01:52.young people out of the local area for treatment.
:01:53. > :01:54.Later this year, we will bring forward a new green paper
:01:55. > :01:56.on children and young people's mental health transform services
:01:57. > :02:00.These measures will build on the work we are already doing
:02:01. > :02:03.to put a stop to the untold misery of hundreds of children being sent
:02:04. > :02:05.halfway across the country to access mental health services.
:02:06. > :02:07.The Prime Minister has promised that by 2021,
:02:08. > :02:10.no child will be sent away from their local area to be
:02:11. > :02:12.treated for a general mental health condition.
:02:13. > :02:14.But that is little comfort now for Sasha and Marie.
:02:15. > :02:17.NHS England said it was reviewing its children and adolescent
:02:18. > :02:19.mental health services, or CAMHS, to secure a more
:02:20. > :02:26.balanced distribution of beds across the country.

:02:32. > :02:33.Derriford Hospital in Plymouth has confirmed this evening
