:01:35. > :01:39.Her career in tatters over an amount of money she could have turned

:01:40. > :01:45.She was given a 16-month suspended sentence.

:01:46. > :01:48.She has lost out professionally and personally.

:01:49. > :01:50.She will never hold that position again and it was

:01:51. > :01:55.We are pleased with it and it will send a message

:01:56. > :02:01.and will deter others thinking of doing something similar.

:02:02. > :02:04.She left the trust in 2014 after an employment tribunal

:02:05. > :02:06.over a separate incident that was unrelated,

:02:07. > :02:13.She was suspended from her new job last May over these allegations.

:02:14. > :02:18.Judge Donald Tate described it as a monumental fall from grace.

:02:19. > :02:21.He said as CEO, one could hardly imagine a a more serious abuse

:02:22. > :02:25.He looked straight at her and asked "Why?"

:02:26. > :02:29."Why would you get involved in this at all?"

:02:30. > :02:33.Leaving court tonight, surrounded by her family,

:02:37. > :02:42.have to do 400 hours of community work between them.

:05:08. > :05:17.HMS Portland will now have a major refit and,

:05:18. > :05:20.once back from leave, most of the ship's company

:05:21. > :05:29.will be redeployed to other Devonport-based frigates.

:05:30. > :05:32.Onto rugby and it wasn't to be for the Cornish Pirates -

:05:33. > :05:34.who are now out of the British and Irish Cup.

:05:35. > :05:37.Jersey dominated the match early on and the visiting Pirates
