:00:14. > :00:20.About 120 people in 30 cars have driven around an extensive

:00:21. > :00:23.area of North Devon, looking for Clive Colling.

:00:24. > :00:24.It follows police searches involving helicopters,

:00:25. > :00:29.dogs and specialist mountain teams from Exmoor and Dartmoor.

:00:30. > :00:31.John Henderson was at Northam Burrows near Westward Ho!,

:00:32. > :00:39.There's no rule about how long you go searching for.

:00:40. > :00:42.You can be 20 minutes, half an hour, the full day, whatever you like.

:01:07. > :01:09.they all want to try and help one of the local men

:01:10. > :01:13.So far, police, Coast Guard, Exmoor and Dartmoor search

:01:14. > :01:17.and rescue teams, amongst others, have been looking for Clive.

:01:18. > :01:21.Today it was the turn of people power, covering 16 areas.

:01:22. > :01:26.It is just that someone is in need and we want to sort of help.

:01:27. > :01:32.If it was one of our parents, we would like to think

:01:33. > :01:46.It's just come in on the Facebook that somebody's with him,

:01:47. > :01:48.what they think is him, in the area, the Happy

:01:49. > :01:51.So I'm going to go straight there and just confirm

:01:52. > :01:55.That turned out to be a false report.

:01:56. > :01:57.It is understood that while Mr Colling, who used

:01:58. > :01:59.to work in Abbotsham, has dementia, he is

:02:00. > :02:02.And if he is watching, perhaps, a message for him?

:02:03. > :02:06.We just want you back safe and sound.

:02:07. > :02:09.The police say they haven't given up looking for Clive Colling.

:02:10. > :02:15.Neither have the people who came out today to search for him.

:02:16. > :02:18.The Royal Cornwall Hospital remains on the highest state of alert today,

:02:19. > :02:21.as the British Red Cross said NHS hospitals across England are facing

:02:22. > :02:24.The hospital at Treliske has been on level four of the "escalation

:02:25. > :02:26.system" since Thursday, and is likely to remain

:02:27. > :02:29.so for the rest of the weekend, although pressure has eased

:02:30. > :02:36.Farmers across the region are being targeted by fraudsters,

:02:37. > :02:39.trying to raid their bank accounts just after they receive

:02:40. > :02:42.Police are warning farmers to be wary of suspicious phone calls,

:02:43. > :02:45.texts and e-mails as the basic farm payments arrive in their accounts.
