:02:46. > :02:48.people living with mental health issues, like Mike Cruz, who was a
:02:49. > :02:52.policeman in the Metropolitan Police.
:02:53. > :02:55.In a couple of cases I was really bad with stress and had time
:02:56. > :02:58.When you feel those days coming on, you
:02:59. > :03:01.can feel yourself going into like a black hole, if you like,
:03:02. > :03:05.and it's nice to not go beyond the rim.
:03:06. > :03:09.So if you can find you're on the rim and
:03:10. > :03:11.actually divert it by doing something like photography, you can
:03:12. > :03:18.potentially stop yourself going into the black hole.
