:01:33. > :01:38.If things don't change or cuts keep being made,

:01:43. > :01:46.their full potential, and that to me is terrible.

:01:47. > :01:47.The council says educational psychologists will continue

:04:31. > :04:33.have the advantage of seeing what happened after the war.

:04:35. > :04:40.And for the first time, Sue has seen a picture of Kitty.

:04:41. > :04:42.In my head she was beautiful, and when I got the picture

:04:43. > :04:46.she was everything I wanted her to be.

:04:47. > :04:48.It would not have mattered what she looked like,

:04:49. > :04:51.but she looked exactly as we thought.

:04:52. > :04:54.Kitty signed up as a volunteer to work in the Army canteens

:04:55. > :04:56.in France but died of pneumonia two years later at just 19.

:04:57. > :04:59.She shall not grow old, and at the going down
