:00:36. > :00:40.People are really concerned about the current state

:00:41. > :00:44.At the moment, there's been a consultation about cutting

:00:45. > :00:48.?264 million from the local budget, and people are saying,

:00:49. > :00:51.how could you do that when we are on black alert,

:00:52. > :00:53.people can't get social care packages?

:00:54. > :00:56.And it looks like the health service is in some kind of crisis.

:00:57. > :01:01.I went in the other day, brilliant treatment,

:01:02. > :01:05.but how long can they manage with less and less money?

:01:06. > :01:09.I work with groups of people who have physical disabilities

:01:10. > :01:12.and groups of people who have dementia, and those people

:01:13. > :01:15.are really vulnerable and they are also very frightened.

:01:16. > :01:19.Those fears over possible cuts to services and community hospital

:01:20. > :01:25.The protests on this side of the Tamar will continue

:01:26. > :01:28.with a candlelit vigil outside Falmouth Hospital this evening.

:01:29. > :01:39.A man's died in a dumper truck incident

:01:47. > :01:50.The 75th anniversary of the sinking of HMS Exeter in World War II

:02:08. > :02:18.75 years since HMS Exeter sank off the coast of Indonesia,

:02:19. > :02:21.the company on board was remembered today.

:02:37. > :02:39.The Royal Marines Band, serving seamen, cadets and veterans

:02:54. > :02:57.in the Falklands conflict were also honoured.

:05:53. > :05:56.the South West and in between, a touch of frost and perhaps a bit of
