:01:32. > :01:33.walking their dogs, minding their own business.

:01:34. > :01:37.Incidences of human waste being found in some of the tunnels

:01:38. > :01:39.nearby and people's dogs coming into contact with that,

:01:40. > :01:46.It is great if they are gone, for the foreseeable future.

:01:47. > :01:48.A temporary barrier has been put across the entrance

:01:49. > :01:53.Local people are calling for permanent measures to stop

:01:54. > :02:06.Plymouth's Royal Citadel is having ?1 million worth of urgent
