0:00:18 > 0:00:21With clear skies through the early part of the week though
0:00:21 > 0:00:23cooler nights than we've been used to.
0:00:23 > 0:00:26And by the end of the week turning more unsettled.
0:00:26 > 0:00:29It will mean more cloud around and those temperatures returning
0:00:29 > 0:00:30closer to average.
0:00:30 > 0:00:34Here we are currently under high pressure and that means wide
0:00:34 > 0:00:38expanses of clear sky as we move into the small hours of Monday.
0:00:38 > 0:00:41And it means a chilly start to the new week.
0:00:41 > 0:00:44Towns and cities, overnight lows of 10 or 11.
0:00:44 > 0:00:49Rural areas waking up to a risk of grass frost as temperatures
0:00:49 > 0:00:50dip into low single figures.
0:00:50 > 0:00:54A risk of a few patches of early mist and fog
0:00:54 > 0:00:56but because of the high pressure we're going to have a
0:00:56 > 0:01:00lot of sunshine and that should burn it off pretty quickly.

0:01:01 > 0:01:03gathering across eastern areas on Monday.
0:01:03 > 0:01:04Rather as we did on Sunday.
0:01:04 > 0:01:08And then a weather front will try to push through the high on Monday
0:01:08 > 0:01:11bringing some thicker cloud and outbreaks of rain which will
0:01:11 > 0:01:16turn heavier across Northwest Scotland come the evening.
0:01:16 > 0:01:19This front will try and work its way further south for Tuesday.
0:01:19 > 0:01:22Still the high pressure sitting to the south of the British Isles.
0:01:22 > 0:01:25And still a lot of fair weather around on the whole.
0:01:25 > 0:01:28But this front could bring heavier rain for a time on Tuesday
0:01:28 > 0:01:30into parts of Northern England and North Wales.
0:01:30 > 0:01:33Following on behind some brighter skies for Scotland
0:01:33 > 0:01:35but a risk of a few showers.
0:01:35 > 0:01:40A bit of cloud further South but should be pretty warm actually.
0:01:40 > 0:01:42Highs of 19 or 20.
0:01:42 > 0:01:45Tuesday into Wednesday our weather front tries to slide
0:01:45 > 0:01:47away to the South of the British Isles.
0:01:47 > 0:01:50Looks like the showers across Scotland will merge with it.
0:01:50 > 0:01:53Through Wednesday there's a possibility we will be left
0:01:53 > 0:01:56with lingering cloud across the Southern half of the British Isles.
0:01:56 > 0:02:00And a risk of showers, particularly in the South later.
0:02:00 > 0:02:04Brighter skies for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
0:02:04 > 0:02:07A chance of a few showers in the Northwest.
0:02:07 > 0:02:12Thursday a largely cloudy day. But a pretty mild one nonetheless.

0:02:38 > 0:02:42Perhaps bringing some windier weather here and some more persistent rain.
0:02:42 > 0:02:46Further South a mild if not warm story. Temperatures up to 20 or 21
0:02:46 > 0:02:49where we get any brightness.
0:02:49 > 0:02:52That picture with the high to the South of the British Isles
0:02:52 > 0:02:55and the low to the Northwest looks set to continue.
0:02:55 > 0:02:58Even as we go further out into our 10 day period.
0:02:58 > 0:03:02So a lot of fine weather the further South and East you are.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06tendency for outbreaks of rain.

0:03:13 > 0:03:15The biggest change though will be with more cloud around after
